Abstract
Kecemasan pre operasi disebabkan karena mereka tidak tahu konsekuensi pembedahan dan takut terhadap prosedur pembedahan. Hal ini berpotensi menimbulkan gangguan selama proses operasi maupun pemulihan. Terapi musik klasik dapat menstimulasi sistem limbik menskresi penytalamin yang berfungsi menimbulkan rasa bahagia dan membuat rileks sehingga tingkat kecemasan dapat diturunkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kecemasan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan terapi musik klasik pada pasien pre operasi seksio sesarea di RSUD Kanjuruhan Kepanjen Malang. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pre experimental dengan one group pre and posttest design without control group, sampel dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian yaitu pasien yang akan menjalani seksio sesarea elektif sebanyak 17 responden yang diberikan musik klasik selama 15 menit.Tingkat kecemasannya ditentukan menggunakan APAIS (Amsterdam Preoperatif Anxiety Information Scale). Hasil uji dependent t-test untuk tingkat kecemasan sebelum dan sesudah terapi musik klasik didapat hasil nilai p 0,000. Perbedaan yang dapat dilihat adalah terjadinya penurunan jumlah pasien sebelum dilakukan terapi musik klasik pada kecemasan pasien adalah 6 pasien (35%) mengalami kecemasan berat, 10 pasien (59%) mengalami kecemasan sedang, dan 1 pasien (5%) mengalami kecemasan ringan. Sedangkan sesudah dilakukan terapi musik klasik yang mengalami penurunan tingkat kecemasan, sebanyak 9 pasien (53%) mengalami kecemasan sedang dan 8 pasien (47%) mengalami kecemasan ringan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terapi musik klasik memberikan pengaruh significant terhadap penurunan kecemasan Pre Operasi SC di RSUD Kanjuruhan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini,peneliti menyarankan penggunaan terapi musik klasik untuk mengontrol kecemasan pasien pre operasi seksio sesarea di RSUD Kanjuruhan.
English Abstract
Anxiety the patient who will have surgery does not know the consequence and the procedure of surgery. This could potentially cause interference during surgery and recovery process .Classical music can stimulate secretion of penytalamin in the limbic system who creates a feeling happy and make relax, so the anxiety level can be decreased. The purpose of the study is to find out the difference of the level of anxiety in pre-surgery patient before and after classical music treatment in RSUD Kanjuruhan Kepanjen Malang. This research used pre experimental one group pre and posttest design without control group , and the samples was selected by purposive sampling technique. The 17 patients undergoing electived cesarean were given classical music during 15 minutes. Anxiety grade was determined using APAIS ( Amsterdam Preoperatif Information Anxiety Scale ). The results of dependent t-test for the level of anxiety before and after classical music therapy obtained p value of 0,000. The result showed the decline in the number of patients prior to the classical music therapy on anxiety level of patients was 6 patients (35%) experienced severe anxiety, 10 patients (59%) experienced moderate anxiety, and 1 patients (5%) experienced mild anxiety. Meanwhile, after the classical music therapy, the anxiety levels was decreased, as many as 9 patients (53%) experienced with moderate anxiety and 8 patients experianced with mild anxiety. The conclusion of this study is the classical music therapy give significant effect to reduce anxiety pre SC at RSUD Kanjuruhan. Based on these results, it is suggested the use of classical music therapy to control the anxiety patient pre operative Caesarean section at RSUD Kanjuruhan.
