Abstract
Penyakit jantung merupakan penyebab kematian dan kecacatan nomor satu pada laki-laki dan perempuan di negara maju. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan dalam penanganan. Salah satu faktor tersebut yaitu ketidaktepatan pasien dalam mempersepsikan gejala nyeri dada yang dialami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan persepsi gejala nyeri dada kardiak iskemik pada pasien infark miokard akut di RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling sebanyak 60 pasien (53,97 + 10,75 tahun) selama 2 bulan di ruang rawat Penyakit Dalam. Setelah dilakukan uji Chi-square, didapatkan hasil bahwa tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor demografi. Hubungan yang signifikan ditunjukkan dari faktor risiko dislipidemia (p<0,012) dan faktor risiko riwayat keluarga (p<0,009). Berdasarkan riwayat penyakit sebelumnya didapatkan hubungan yang signifikan yaitu nyeri dada sebelumnya (p<0,007) dan penyakit infark miokard sebelumnya (0,000). Pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor risiko dilipidemia, riwayat keluarga, nyeri dada sebelumnya dan infark miokard sebelumnya memiliki hubungan dengan persepsi pasien infark miokard akut
English Abstract
Heart Disease Is The Mayor Cause Of Death And Disability Either Men And Women In The Developed Countries. There Are Several Factors Affecting The Delay In Treatment. One Of These Factors Is The Patient’s Inappropriate Perception Of Chest Pain. This Study Aims To Determine The Factors Associated With The Perception Of Symptoms Chest Pain Cardiac Ischemic In Patient Acute Myocard Infarct In Dr. Saiful Anwar General Hospital. Sixty Patients (53.97+10.75 Years) Were Collected Consecutively In This Study During 2 Months In Medical Ward. After We Used Chi-Square Test, It Showed No Significant Relationship Between Demographic Factors With Patient’s Perception. The Significant Relationship Showed Between Patient’s Knowledge About Their Risk Factors Such As Dislipidemia (P<0,012) And Family History (P<0,009) With Patient’s Perception. Based On The Past Disease History Obtained A Significant Relationship Between Prior Chest Pain (P<0,007) And Prior Myocard Infarct (P=0,000) With Patient’s Perception. This Study Conclude That Dislipidemia, Family History, Prior Chest Pain And Prior Myocard Infarct Relate With Patient’s Perception
