Abstract
Stroke Adalah Penyebab Kematian Kedua Tertinggi Di Dunia. Sekitar 87% Kejadian Stroke Merupakan Stroke Iskemia Yang Menyebabnya Kolapsnya Sawar Darah-Otak, Edema Cerebri, Dan Kegagalan Metabolisme Energi. Kurang Lebih 75% Stroke Iskemia Di Dunia Merupakan Stroke Trombosis. Penelitian Pada Hewan Coba Menunjukkan Bahwa Serum Albumin Memiliki Efek Neuroprotektif Karena Memiliki Efek Anti-Edema, Antioksidan, Mereduksi Hematokrit, Dan Juga Memiliki Efek Pada Endotel Dan Metabolit Otak. Penelitian Pada Manusia Masih Sedikit, Karena Itu Perlu Diperlakukan Penelitian Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Serum Albumin Terhadap Stroke Trombosis Akut. Desain Penelitian Ini Adalah Kohort Retrospektif Dengan Pengambilan Sampel Dilakukan Selama 5 Bulan Dan Sampel Penelitian Adalah Pasien Stroke Trombosis Akut Di Rumah Sakit Dr. Saiful Anwar (RSSA) Malang Yang Diukur Menggunakan Tes NIHSS. Hasil Uji Statistik Yang Digunakan Adalah Uji Komparasi Mann-Whitney Untuk Keluaran Pasien ( P>0.05) Dan Uji T Bebas Untuk Perbaikan Pasien ( P<0.05) . Dari Hasil Penelitian Ini Disimpulkan Bahwa Pasien Yang Memiliki Kadar Albumin Normal Saat Awal Perawatan Mengalami Perbaikan Yang Lebih Baik Dan Kecenderungan Untuk Memiliki Kategori Keluaran Yang Lebih Baik
English Abstract
PK Stroke Still Remains The Second Major Cause Of Death In The World. Around 87% Stroke Incidents Are Ischemic Stroke Which Causing Blood-Brain Barrier (BBB) Collaps, Cerebral Edema, Dan Energy Metabolism Failure. Around 75% Ischemic Stroke Are Categoried As Thrombotic Stroke. Recent Study In Animal Model Showed That Albumin Serum Has Neuroprotective Effect Because It Has Anti-Edema Effect, Antioxidant Effect, Reducing Hematocrites, Dan Has Some Effects On Endothelium And Brain Metabolites. There Is Still A Few Study On Human, Therefore Study To Find The Effect Of Albumin Serum Level To Acute Thrombotic Stroke Patients Outcome Is Needed. This Study Design Was Cohort Retrospective, And Sample Taking Has Been Done For 5 Months On Rumah Sakit Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang Using NIHSS Test To Measure Patients Outcome And Improvement. Mann Whitney Test Has Been Used To Analyse Patient Outcome (P>0.05 ) And Independent T Test Has Been Used To Analyse Patient Improvement ( P<0.05). The Results Are Patient With Normal Albumin Serum Level At Initial Care Had Better Improvement And They Had Tendency To Get Better Outcome
