Abstract
HER-2 Adalah Suatu Protein Yang Dihasilkan Gen Yang Berfungsi Sebagai Penerima Sinyal Proliferasi Sel-Sel Karsinoma Dan 30% Penderita Karsinoma Payudara Mempunyai Ekspresi HER-2 Yang Berlebihan. HER-2 Juga Sebagai Target Dari Pengobatan Antibodi Monoklonal Trastuzumab. Tetapi Pemeriksaan Immunohistokimia Untuk Menentukan HER-2 Masih Tergolong Sangat Mahal. Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Apakah Ada Korelasi Antara Ekspresi HER-2 Dengan Grading Histopatologi. Penelitian Ini Merupakan Penelitian Cross Sectional Yang Dilakukan Di Instalasi Patologi Anatomi RS Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Sampel Penelitian Yaitu Penderita Karsinoma Payudara Yang Melakukan Pemeriksaan Patologi Di Instalasi Patologi Anatomi RS Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang Dari Tanggal 1 Januari 2011 Sampai 31 Desember 2012 Yang Memenuhi Kriteria Inklusi Dan Eksklusi. Jaringan Payudara Yang Diperiksa Dengan Histopatologi Kemudian Dilakukan Pemeriksaan Immunohistokimia Untuk Dinilai Status HER- 2nya. Analisis Korelasi Antara Ekspresi HER-2 Dengan Grading Histopatologi Diuji Dengan Uji Spearman’s Rho. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Tidak Ada Hubungan Yang Bermakna Antara Status HER-2 Dengan Grading Histopatologi ( Ρ =0,09). Kesimpulan Dari Penelitian Ini Adalah Tidak Ada Korelasi Antara Ekspresi HER-2 Dengan Grading Histopatologi Pada Penderita Karsinoma Payudara Di Instalasi Patologi Anatomi RS Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang Periode Januari 2011 Sampai Desember 2012.
English Abstract
HER-2 Is A Protein That Produced From Gene That Function To Received A Proliferation Signal Carcinoma Cells And 30% Of Breast Ca cinoma Patients Had A Excesssive HER-2 Expression. HER-2 As Well As The Target Of The Monoclonal Antibody Trastuzumab Treatment. But Immunohistochemistry Examination To Determine HER-2 Is Still Expensive. This Study Aims To Investigate The Relationship Between HER-2 With Histologycal Grading. This Study Is A Cross Sectional Study That Conducted In Pathology Department Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang Hospital. Sample Is Nested Population Of Breast Carcinoma Patients Which Pathologic Examination Were Performed In Pathology Department Of Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang Hospital During 1 January 2011 To 31 Desember 2012 That Fulfill Inclusion And Exclusion Criteria. Breast Tissue That Examined Histopathology Examination, Then It Performed Immunohistochemistry Examination To Assess The Status Of HER-2. Correlation Between HER-2 Expression With Histologycal Grading Analyzed With Spearman’s Tes. The Result Show That There Was No Significant Association Between HER-2 Levels With Histologycal Grading. ( Ρ =0,09). The Conclusion Of This Study Is There Is No Correlation Between HER-2 Expression With Histologycal Grading In Breast Carcinoma Patients In Pathology Department Of Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang Hospital During January 2011 To December 2012
