Abstract
Karsinoma Buli-buli adalah salah satu jenis kanker yang merupakan keganasan pada traktus urinarius. Merupakan keganasan terbanyak kedua pada sistem urogenitalia setelah karsinoma prostat. Insiden karsinoma buli-buli paling banyak terdapat pada laki-laki. Deteksi dini karsinoma buli-buli sangat penting pada terapi. Sistoskopi/biopsi merupakan pemeriksaan baku emas untuk mengidentifikasi karsinoma buli-buli, serta sebagai modalitas untuk mendiagnosa karsinoma buli. Sitologi urine merupakan marker yang klasik digunakan untuk mendeteksi keganasan. Alat ini memiliki sensitifitas yang rendah, tetapi memiliki spesifitas yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran profil penderita karsinoma buli dan mengetahui Korelasi Grading Karsinoma Sel Transisional Buli - buli Dengan Hasil Pemeriksaan Sitologi Urine Pada Penderita Karsinoma Buli di Rumah Sakit dr. Saiful Anwar Malang Periode Januari 2009 – Desember 2012. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dan uji analitik dengan mengambil data sekunder dari rekam medik penderita kanker buli-buli. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: dari 139 kasus, Jenis histopatologi terbanyak menderita karsinoma buli-buli adalah Karsinoma sel transisional. Jenis kelamin terbanyak adalah laki-laki. Kota asal penderita terbanyak berada di Malang. Usia terbanyak adalah diatas 61 tahun dengan rata-rata 60 tahun. Sedangkan korelasi antara grading histopatologi dan pemeriksaan sitologi urine dengan menggunakan analisa spearmas’s rho menunjukkan angka 0,23. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah korelasi grading karsinoma buli-buli dengan pemeriksaan sitologi urine menunjukkan korelasi lemah, sehingga dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan tidak didapatkan korelasi
English Abstract
Bladder cancer is a one of malignancy cancer in urinary tract. Is the second most common cancer originated from urogenital tract system after prostat cancer. Bladder cancer incident is most common in men. Early detection of bladder cancer is very important in therapy. Sistoskopi or biopsi is gold standart examination to identification bladder cancer, as well as modality to diagnosed bladder cancer. Urinary cytologi is a classical marker used to detection of malignancy. This tool has a low sensitivity but has high specivity. The study has a purpose to describe the profil of patients with bladder cancer and to know Grading correlation of Bladder Cancer with urinary cytology examination patients with bladder cancer in dr. Saiful Anwar Hospital, Malang for a period January 2009-December 2012. This study is an observational descriptive research which is uses analytic test through the collection of secondary data obtained from the medical record of patients with bladder cancer. Result of this study is: from 139 cases, the most common histopatological types in bladder cancer is transitional cell carcinoma, the most sex is male, mostly lived in malang, the mean age for this patient was 60 years old. While the correlation between histopatological grading and urinary cytology examination with using spearman’s rho analysis showed number 0,23. The conclusion from this study is Grading correlation between bladder cancer and urinary cytology examination showed weak correlation, so it can be concluded from this study is not found correlation
