Abstract
Saat ini trend fullday school mulai berkembang di Indonesia . Fullday school dapat membuat kondisi anak didik terlalu diforsir dalam kegiatan dan beban belajarnya, memungkinkan berdampak stres bagi anak sendiri. Dibutuhkan suatu lingkungan yang mendukung siswa untuk mengurangi pengaruh stress yang di timbulkan sistem fullday school . Keluarga merupakan suatu sistem pendukung bagi siswa untuk memberikan perasaan tenang, nyaman, merasa disayang dan diperhatikan. Sehingga dukungan keluarga diperlukan untuk menekan tingkat stres yang dialami anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis dukungan keluarga dan mengukur tingkat stress siswa selama program fullday school serta menganalisis hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat stress pada anak yang menjalani kegiatan full dayschool di SMPN 2 Gempol. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan kriteria inklusi didapatkan sampel sejumlah 90 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dukungan keluarga pada siswa yang mengikuti program fullday school di SMPN 2 Gempol Pasuruan tergolong dukungan keluarga cukup (51,1%) sedangkan tingkat stress yang dialami siswa tergolong sedang (51,1%), serta ada hubungan yang lemah antara dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat stres pada siswa yang mengikuti program fullday school (p=0,001) (r=0,355). Pekerjaan dan penghasilan orang tua, serta gender dan usia siswa digunakan sebagai data pendukung. Dapat didisimpulkan bahwa semakin baik dukungan keluarga maka akan semakin rendah tingkat stres yang dialami, sehingga disarankan bagi institusi terkait untuk untuk melakukan evaluasi secara rutin mengenai dukungan keluarga atau orang tua yang diberikan terhadap siswanya guna meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa untuk mengikuti program fullday school.
English Abstract
The current trend of full day school began to flourish in Indonesia. Fullday school can make students conditions too be forced in learning activities and expenses, allowing stress to affect their own children. It takes an environment that encourages students to reduce the influence of stress that caused the school system full day. Family is a support system for students to give a feeling of calm, comfortable, feel loved and cared for. So that family support is needed to reduce the level of stress experienced by the child. This study aims to identify the type of family support and measure the stress level of students during school and full day programs to analyze the relationship of family support with the level of stress in children undergoing fullday school activity in SMP 2 Gempol. This study uses cross-sectional design. The sample was selected using non-probability sampling technique to sample inclusion criteria obtained a total of 90 people. Based on this research, family support on students who take the full day school program at SMP 2 Gempol Pasuruan quite enough family support (51.1 %) while the level of stress experienced by students classified as moderate (51.1 %), and there is a weak relationship between support families with the level of stress on students who take the full day school program ( p = 0.001 ) ( r = 0.355 ). The conclusion is better support families that the lower the level of stress experienced , so it is advisable for the relevant institutions to to conduct regular evaluations of the family or parental support given to students in order to enhance student learning to follow the spirit of full day school program
