Abstract
Imunisasi pada masa bayi merupakan tindakan yang menimbulkan trauma karena menyebabkan nyeri. Tehnik distraksi adalah salah satu tindakan non farmakologi untuk menurunkan nyeri pada bayi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh distraksi boneka tangan terhadap skor nyeri pada bayi usia 9 bulan yang diberi imunisasi campak. Rancangan penelitian adalah pra eksperimen dengan pendekatan static grup comparison yaitu suatu rancangan penelitian yang menggunakan dua kelompok subyek diantaranya kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Sampel yaitu bayi usia 9 bulan yang dilakukan tindakan penyuntikan imunisasi campak yang terdiri dari 15 responden kelompok intervensi distraksi boneka tangan dan 15 responden kelompok kontrol. Pengukuran skor nyri menggunakan alat pengkajian respon perilaku nyeri FLACC yaitu skala interval yang mencangkup lima kategori perilaku, yaitu face (ekspresi muka), leg (gerakan kaki), activity (aktivitas), cry (menangis), dan consolability (kemampuan dihibur). Data diambil pada tanggal 7 Mei 2013 sampai 11 Juni 2013 di Puskesmas Kendalsari Malang. Untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian, penulis menggunakan uji t ( t-test ) untuk mengetahui perbedaan mean dua kelompok data independent dan variable. Rata-rata skor nyeri pada kelompok control adalah 8,4 untuk 30 detik pertama dan 5,6 untuk 30 detik kedua. Rata-rata skor nyeri pada kelompok intervensi adalah 3,2 untuk 30 detik pertama dan 0,87 untuk 30 detik kedua. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh distraksi boneka tangan terhadap skor nyeri pada bayi usia 9 bulan yang diberi imunisasi campak
English Abstract
Immunization in infants age is an action that impact an traumatic syndrome because it can be painful in infants. Distraction technique is one of non pharmalogical tools to reduce pain, especially in infants age. The aim of this research is to evaluate the effect of hand-doll distraction toward score of aged 9 month Measles-immunized infants. Design of research is pre-research with static group comparison approach, two subject groups were used, they were intervension group and control group. The samples were nine-age infants that vaccinated with measles vaccination. They consist of 15 intervension group respondents and 15 control group respondents. The measurement pain score used a response application form FLACC, they are interval scale that include 5 behaviours. They are face, leg, activity, cry, and consolability. The data taken in May 7 th , 2013 until June 11 th , 2013 at Puskesmas Kendalsari Malang. To prove the research hypothesis, t-test was used to know the differences between mean of two groups independent and variable. Average of control group pain score is 8,4 in first moment and 5,6 for 30 second moment. The score pain’s average of intervension are 3,2 for first moment and 0,87 for second moment. The result of this research indicates that there is an effect of using hand-doll toward pain score of 9-month infant during measles immunzation
