Abstract
Bali merupakan salah satu pulau yang mendapatkan pengaruh dari kerajaan Majapahit. Sebelumnya, terdapat masyarakat Bali Aga yang lebih dahulu bermukim dengan berbagai warisan budaya. Salah satunya dalam bentuk rumah tinggal tradisional dan juga pemukimannya. Salah satu desa yang masih mempertahankan budaya tersebut adalah Desa Adat Bugbug. Seiring perkembangan jaman, kondisi permukiman warga mulai ditinggalkan dan meninggalkan warisan kultur terdahulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi permukiman desa, khususnya pada pola ruang permukiman desa dan rumah tinggal tradisional. Sebelum melakukan penelitian, dilakukan kajian teori yang akan digunakan. Terdapat dua jenis teori yang digunakan untuk rumusan masalah pertama dan kedua. Fokus teori adalah pada teori pola ruang permukiman dan faktor – faktor pembentuknya. Teori dibantu oleh konsep kosmologi tradisional yang berlaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dalam melakukan identifikasi dan analisis kualitatif aktivitas analisis. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan terdapat tujuh bagian identifikasi pola ruang pemukiman tradisional. Ketujuh bagian tersebut adalah organisasi ruang, sirkulasi, pola persebaran, zonasi ruang, sistem pencapaian, orientasi hadap dan solid – void ruang. Kondisi identifikasi tersebut tampak pada tingkat kawasan permukiman desa dan tingkat rumah tinggal warga. Masing – masing bagian tersebut dianalisis kembali dengan tujuan mencari faktor pembentuk pola ruang. Hasil menunjukan terdapat berbagai faktor dalam pembentuk pola ruang. Faktor tersebut adalah nature, man, society, shell, network dan konsep kosmologi ruang seperti Tri Hita Karana, Tri Angga dan Hulu–Teben.
English Abstract
Bali is one of the islands that gained influence from Majapahit kingdom. Previously, there were Balinese Aga people who first settled with various cultural heritages. One of them in the form of traditional houses and settlements. One of the villages that still retains the culture is Bugbug Traditional Village. Along with the development of the era, the condition of settlements began to be abandoned citizens and left the previous cultural heritage. This study aims to analyze the condition of village settlements, especially in the pattern of rural settlement space and traditional houses. Before conducting the research, there was study about theories. There are two types of theories used for the formulation of first and second problems. The focus of the theory is on the theory of the pattern of settlement space and its forming factors. Theory is aided by the prevailing traditional cosmological concepts. This research uses descriptive method in identifying objects and qualitative analyzing in analysis activity. In this research, found there are seven parts identification pattern of traditional residential space. These seven sections are the organization of space, circulation, dispersion pattern, space zoning, achievement system, face orientation and solid - void space. The conditions of identification are apparent at the level of the village settlement area and the level of residential houses. Each of these sections is re-analyzed with the aim of finding the spatial pattern form factor. The results show that there are various factors in the pattern forming of space. These factors are nature, man, society, shell, network and space cosmology concepts such as Tri Hita Karana, Tri Angga and Hulu – Teben.
