Abstract
Program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja merupakan upaya pencegahan dan penanggulangan kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja. Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang diterapkan dengan baik dapat mendukung peningkatan kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja didapatkan atas jaminan keamanan karyawan dalam melakukan pekerajaannya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan menjelaskan pengaruh program keselamatan kerja dan program kesehatan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian proyek pembangunan wisma atlet kemayoran dengan PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) sebagai kontraktor utama dimana karyawan berhadapan langsung dengan kegiatan-kegiatan konstruksi yang kemungkinan dapat terkena langsung dampak dari resiko kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 65. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh sehingga seluruh populasi merupakan sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur dengan bantuan program SPSS 22 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan program keselamatan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan program kesehatan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan program keselamatan kerja terhadap kinerja. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan program kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja. Program keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja lebih berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan daripada terhadap kinerja dan lebih besar pengaruh program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja daripada pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja. Saran perbaikan yang dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) yaitu perusahaan diharapkan untu memperhatikan pengisian dokumen Permit To Work dan Job Safety Analysis karena dokumen tersebut merupakan perangkat kelengkapan pekerjaan. Dalam aspek kinerja, perusahaan juga dapat memperhatikan penyelesaian tugas karyawan, dan kerjasama antar karyawan serta berkoordinasi dengan para mandor untuk dapat lebih meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
English Abstract
Occupational safety and healt program is prevention and control of occupational accidents and occupational diseases. Occupational safety and healt are applied properly can support performance improvement through employee satisfaction. Job satisfaction is obtained on security employees in performing their responsbility. The purpose of this study explains occupational safety and health program effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. The experiment was conducted at the PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) employee in wisma atlit kemayoran development project where employees deal directly with the construction activities that may be directly affected of occupational risk. This study uses a quantitative approach with explanation research methods (explanatory research). Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The population in this study amounted to 65. The sampling method used is saturated samples so that the entire population is the sample. This research uses descriptive analysis and path analysis with SPSS 22 for windows. The results of this study indicate that there is significant influence safety program on job satisfaction. There is a significant effect of occupational health programs on job satisfaction. There is a significant influence on the performance of safety program. There is a significant influence on the performance of the occupational health program. There is a significant effect of job satisfaction on performance. Programs occupational safety and health have more influence on satisfaction than on performance and greater influence of occupational safety and health program on the performance rather than the effect of job satisfaction on performance. Suggestions for improvement that can be used as consideration for PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero), the company is expected to pay attention to the charging documents untu Permit To Work and Job Safety Analysis as they form a complete device work. In the aspect of performance, the company may also pay attention to the completion of the employees duties, and cooperation among employees as well as coordinating with the foreman to be further improve the performance of employees.
