Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di budidaya ikan lele Graha Cakra, Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui gambaran umum usaha, mengetahui business model canvas yang dijalankan, dan mengetahui serta menganalsis strategi pengembangan usaha. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Alat analisis yang di gunakan adalah business model dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian di dapatkan bahwa usaha budidaya ikan lele Graha Cakra ini berlokasi di Desa Sukoanyar, usaha ini berdiri tahun 2013 memiliki 31 kolam. Usaha ini berfokus pada budidaya pembesaran ikan lele ukuran dengan sistem budidaya higenis, Business model canvas saat ini adalah, Customers segment, masyarakat menengah ke bawah Value proposition, ikan lele berkualitas, budidaya higenis Channels, langsung, pedagang pasar, tengkulak, Customer relationship, pelayanan yang ramah Revenue streams, penjualan ikan lele konsumsi, key resources, Man (tenaga kerja 1 orang), Material (kolam, peralatan, lahan usaha, sumber air, listrik,), Money (modal), Method (SOP) dan Market (masyarakat Malang). Key activities, proses budidaya. Key partnerships, pemasok benih, pakan, obat obatan. Cost structure, Biaya tetap Rp. 42.738.833,-dan biaya variabel Rp. 161.766.000,-. Strategi pengembangan yang hasilkan yaitu perlu adanya penambahan di beberapa elemen seperti Customers segment, menjangkau masyarakat luar malang, Value proposition, layanan delivery, Channels, pemasaran digital, Customer relationship, discount, Revenue streams, penjualan olahan ikan lele, key resources yang di meliputi Man (penambahan tenaga kerja) Market (masyarakat Malang dan luar malang) material (kantor pemasaran). Key partnerships, menjalin hubungan strategis (onforward contract) dengan pemasok benih, pakan dan obat obatan.

English Abstract

This research was conductes in Graha Cakra catfish cultivation. The purpose of this study is to know the general description of the business, knowing the business canvas model is run, and know and analyze the strategy of business development.The type of research is descriptive research with case study approach. The data source consists of primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques are interview, observation and documentation. The analysis tool that is used is a business model canvas and SWOT analysis. The results obtained that the business of Graha Cakra catfish is located in the Village Sukoanyar, this business stands in 2013 has 31 ponds, this business is focuses on the cultivation of catfish farming with hygienic cultivation system. Current business model canvas is, Customers segment, middle to lower society, Value proposition, quality catfish, hygienic cultivation, Channels, direct, market traders, middlemen, Customer relationship, friendly service, Revenue streams, catfish consumption sales, key resources, Man (labor 1 person), Material (pool, equipment, business land, water source, electricity), Money (capital), Method (SOP) and Market (Malang community). Key activities, cultivation process. Key partnerships, seed, feed, and medicines suppliers. Cost structure, Fixed costs Rp. 42.738.833, -and variable costs Rp. 161.766.000, -.The strategy of development that produces the need for an addition in some elements such as, customers segment, reaching Malang outsiders, Value proposition, delivery service, Channels, digital marketing, Customer relationship, discount, Revenue streams, catfish processed sales, key resources included in Man (addition of labours), Market (Malang people and outside malang) material (marketing office). Key partnerships, establishing a strategic relationship (onforward contract) with suppliers of seeds, feed and medicines.
