Abstract
Model Organisasi dan Manajemen Kesehatan Primer “Andal” merupakan model yang berisi panduan strategis dan operasional pelayanan kesehatan yang telah diterapkan di Poliklinik Pabrik Gula Kebon Agung. Dalam penerapan model organisasi dan manajemen tersebut, dibutuhkan dukungan teknologi yang menyediakan kemampuan pengelolaan data kesehatan sehingga kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan kepada pasien dapat menjadi lebih baik. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dukungan teknologi pengelolaan data kesehatan, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah pengembangan sistem informasi kesehatan dapat dilakukan. Untuk menjawab masalah tersebut, maka dilakukan analisis persyaratan, perancangan, dan implementasi sistem informasi kesehatan dengan menerapkan pendekatan berorientasi objek. Kemudian, hasil implementasi sistem diuji untuk menentukan apakah sistem dapat berjalan sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah teridentifikasi. Kegiatan analisis persyaratan menghasilkan identifikasi persyaratan sistem informasi kesehatan untuk mendukung pengelolaan data kesehatan, serta visualisasi kemampuan sistem dalam diagram use case. Hasil perancangan sistem merupakan dokumentasi model interaksi objek ke dalam sequence diagram, model objek ke dalam diagram kelas, rancangan basis data, dan rancangan antarmuka pengguna. Hasil implementasi merupakan Sistem Informasi Kesehatan Primer berbasis web yang diuji dan menunjukkan hasil pengujian bahwa sistem dapat berjalan sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah teridentifikasi.
English Abstract
"ANDAL", The Primary Healthcare Organization and Management Model is a model that contains strategic guidance and operational healthcare services which have been applied in PG Kebon Agung Polyclinic. In the implementation of the organization and management model, it needs technology support that provides the ability to support healthcare data management, so that the quality of healthcare services provided to the patients can be better. To conform the needs of the healthcare data management technology support, this research was conducted to find out whether the development of healthcare information systems can be done. To answer these problems, requirements analysis, design, and implementation of healthcare information systems has been carried out by applying object-oriented approach. Then, the results of the implementation of the system is tested to determine if the system can be run in accordance with the requirements that have been identified. Requirements analysis activities produce identification requirements of healthcare information systems to support the healthcare data management, as well as visualization of capabilities of the system in use case diagrams. The result of the system design is documentation of the object interaction model into a sequence diagram, an object model into class diagrams, database design, and the design of the user interface. The results of the implementation is the web-based Sistem Informasi Kesehatan Primer that tested and showed that the system can run in accordance with the identified requirements.
