Abstract
Perkembangan dunia usaha pada saat ini yang pesat, menuntut perusahaan kecil dan menengah untuk mampu bertahan hidup di antara para pesaing dengan cara menghasilkan produk-produk yang memiliki mutu baik dan dengan harga yang lebih dapat dijangkau oleh masyarakat. Produk dengan kualitas baik dan dengan biaya rendah memerlukan pengelolaan dan pengendalian biaya produksi secara efisien. Perusahaan memerlukan patokan atau standar sebagai tolok ukur pengendalian biaya produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan biaya standar serta untuk mengetahui perlakuan terhadap selisih yang terjadi pada Unit Pakan Ternak KUD Karangploso pada tahun 2013. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif, yaitu penelitian yang memberikan gambaran atau uraian atas suatu keadaan sejelas mungkin tanpa ada perlakuan terhadap objek yang diteliti. Peneliti berusaha untuk mengetahui sejauh mana keberhasilan dari penerapan biaya standar pada perusahaan. Lokasi penelitian adalah KUD Karangploso Unit Pakan Ternak dalam tahun 2013. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2013 terjadi selisih tidak menguntungkan pada biaya produksi perusahaan, yang terdiri dari biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja langsung, biaya overhead pabrik. Maka sebaiknya manajemen perlu segera mengadakan perbaikan terhadap penentuan biaya standar dan melakukkan perencanaan biaya produksi secara cermat sebelum melakukan proses produksi agar perusahaan dapat bekerja secara efisien dan dapat menekan biaya produksi agar harga pokok tetap kompetitif dengan harga pasar. Unit Pakan Ternak KUD Karangploso dalam menetapkan standar biaya masih perlu diadakan perbaikan. Hal ini mengingat masih besarnya penyimpangan antara biaya standar dengan biaya sesungguhnya. Perusahaan hanya membuat catatan atas penyebab penyimpangan tanpa adanya perbaikan. Agar tercapai efisiensi biaya produksi, maka diperlukan pengendalian biaya produksi yang tepat.
English Abstract
This time, the corporate world developing very fast, this condition demand the small corporate to survive between the competitors by producing products that have good quality and low prices. Products with good quality and at low cost, require management and control of production costs efficiently. Companies need a benchmark or standard for benchmarking control production costs. This research is to find out the cost of the standard treatment within and to know what happened at Unit of Feed KUD Karangploso on 2013. Used of the study is a descriptive, this is a research which provides a description or description of a circumstance clearly possible without any treatment of the surveyed.Scientists trying to uncover the extent of the costs of the implementation of standards in the company.The research is Unit of Feed KUD Karangploso in 2013. The results of this study indicate that in 2013 the differences are unfavorable to the companys production costs , which consist of the cost of raw materials , direct labor costs , factory overhead costs. Management hence should be immediately repaired against the determination of the cost of standard doing planning and production costs carefully before doing the production process so that companies can work efficiently and can reduce the cost of production to the price of staple remain competitive with the market price. Unit of Feed KUD Karangploso in defined the standard cost still need to be held the improvements. This is because most of the standard deviations between the standard cost and the actual cost. Companies only make a note on the cause of deviation without any improvement. In order to achieve production cost efficiency, precise.control of production cost.
