Abstract
Teknologi banyak digunakan dalam pendidikan untuk membantu meningkatkan proses maupun hasil pembelajaran.Teknologi yang dalam dunia pendidikan yang dikenal saat ini adalah e-learning/Learning Management System. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pemanfaatan LMS untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa menggunakan variabel-variabel model kesuksesan sistem informasi DeLone & McLean (2003). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 90 orang mahasiswa PTIIK UB yang telah menggunakan LMS di PTIIK. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sistematic random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil pengujian secara statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas system terhadap penggunaan LMS yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai probabilitas (sig) sebesar 0,021(p<0,05); terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara kualitas informasi terhadap penggunaan LMS yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai probabilitas (sig) sebesar 0,239 (p>0,05); terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap penggunaan LMS yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai probabilitas (sig) sebesar 0,001 (p<0,05); pengaruh antara kualitas system terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa signifikan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai probabilitas (sig) sebesar 0,033 (p<0,05); terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara kualitas informasi terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai probabilitas (sig) sebesar 0,283 (p>0,05).); terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai probabilitas (sig) sebesar 0,022 (p<0,05).); terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara penggunaan LMS terhadap kinerja mahasiswa yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai probabilitas (sig) sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05)); terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap kinerja mahasiswa yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai probabilitas (sig) sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05)); terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara penggunaan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai probabilitas (sig) sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Saran-saran untuk bagi PTIIK agar terus meningkatkan kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas pelayanan, penggunaan LMS dan kepuasan mahasiswa sehingga terciptanya kinerja mahasiswa yang lebih baik lagi.
English Abstract
The technology is widely used in education to help improve the process and outcomes of learning. The technology is known in the world of education today is e-learning/Learning Management System. This study aims to analyze and explain the use of the LMS to improve student learning outcomes using variables of information systems success model of DeLone & McLean (2003). This type of research is explanatory research with quantitative descriptive approach. The samples in this study were 90 students who have used the UB PTIIK LMS in PTIIK. Sampling technique uses random sampling sistematic. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and path analysis (path analysis). The test results show that there is a statistically significant relationship between the use of the LMS system quality as indicated by the value of the probability (sig) of 0.021 (p<0.05); there is no significant effect between the quality of information on the use of the LMS as indicated by the value of the probability (sig) of 0.239 (p>0.05); a significant difference between the quality of services to the use of the LMS as indicated by the value of the probability (sig) of 0.001 (p<0.05); influence the quality of the system to the satisfaction of the students indicated significant with a probability value (sig) of 0.033 (p<0.05), there is no significant effect between the quality of information on student satisfaction as indicated by the value of the probability (sig) of 0.283 (p>0.05). ), a significant difference between the quality of service to the students indicated satisfaction with a probability value (sig) of 0.022 (p<0.05). ), a significant difference between the use of LMS on student performance as indicated by the value of the probability (sig) of 0.000 (p<0.05)), there is a significant relationship between student satisfaction on the performance of students who indicated the probability value (sig) of 0.000 (p<0.05)), a significant difference between the use of the students indicated satisfaction with a probability value (sig) of 0.000 (p<0.05). Suggestions for PTIIK order to continuously improve the quality system, quality of information, quality of service, the use of LMS and student satisfaction thus creating better student performance again.
