Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap Financial Performance dan Firm Value di Indeks SRI KEHATI. CSR menjadi penting sejak pemerintah mengeluarkan UU yang mewajibkan perusahaan perseroan terbatas untuk melakukan CSR. Undangundang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007, tentang Perseroan Terbatas mewajibkan perusahaan untuk melaksanakan praktek CSR. Bagi investor, praktek CSR menjadi pertimbangan khusus untuk menanamkan modalnya. Disamping melihat dari kinerja keuangan perusahaan (Financial Performance), para investor juga memperhatikan nilai perusahaan (Firm Value) melalui harga penutupan saham perusahaan (Closing Price). Sedangkan kinerja keuangan yang menjadi variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah ROA, ROE, dan EPS. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian explanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diambil dari website resmi BEI. Ada dua analisis data dalam penelitian ini, yaitu statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Statistik inferensial terdiri dari uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji parsial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak ada masalah pada masing-masing variabel. Semua variabel berdampak positif dan berpengaruh signifikan. CSR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA, CSR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROE, CSR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap EPS, CSR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Closing Price (CP).
English Abstract
This research is conducted to analyze the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to Financial Performance and Firm Value on Indeks SRI KEHATI. CSR is very important since the goverment release the regulation that all of companies must to do CSR activities. The regulation on Undang-undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007, about “Perseroan Terbatas” must to do CSR activities. For investors, CSR activities is used as a concideration for investment. Otherside, the investors see the Financial Performance, the investors also see the Firm Value from the Closing Price. Then the Financial Performance variable is used in this research are ROA, ROE, and EPS. This research use explanatory research with quantitative approach. The data collection technique used is secondary data and the sites of research used is BEI website. There are two data analysis in this research, which are descriptive statistic and inferensial statistic. Inferensial statistic consist of classical assumption test, and linier regressions analysis. The results of this research nothing a problem on every variable. All of variable have significant influence. CSR have significant influence to ROA. CSR have significant influence to ROE. CSR have significant influence to EPS. CSR have significant influence to Closing Price (CP).
