Abstract
Koperasi Sari Apel Brosem merupakan jenis koperasi produksi yang menyediakan input dan pemasaran hasil produksi anggota yang berupa minuman sari apel. Koperasi ini memiliki permasalahan yaitu realisasi pengoptimalan laba yang belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, laba perusahaan meningkat dalam tiga tahun terakhir, namun rasio laba terhadap penjualan mengalami penurunan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui penerapan analisis titik impas pada koperasi, margin of safety yang dihasilkan, dan membuat perencanaan laba periode dan perencanaan penjualan minimal untuk mencapai keuntungan yang diharapkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber penelitian adalah data primer berupa wawancara dan data sekunder berupa dokumen-dokumen meliputi data mengenai gambaran umum koperasi dan laporan keuangan koperasi selama tiga tahun. Hasil dari penelitian tahun 2013 setelah biaya semivariabel dipisahkan ke dalam biaya tetap dan biaya variable, setelah itu dihitung BEP perusahaan. BEP terjadi pada penjualan Rp. 699.705.406,66 dan margin of safety sebesar 51,23%. Tahun 2013 dijadikan dasar perhitungan untuk perencanaan tahun 2014. BEP tahun 2014 terjadi pada penjualan Rp. 732.291.347,83 dan margin of safety sebesar 55,02%. Perencanaan penjualan minimal tercapai sebesar Rp. 1.619.440.961,77 untuk mencapai keuntungan yang diharapkan sebesar Rp. 1.627.920.000. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis BEP sebaiknya diterapkan dalam perencanaan laba perusahaan, karena akan memberikan informasiinformasi kepada koperasi yang berkaitan pencapaian laba yang sesuai diinginkan.
English Abstract
Koperasi Sari Apel Brosem is a type of cooperative production that provides input and marketing of the product to its members in the form of apple juice. The cooperative has a problem, namely the realization of profit optimization has not been reached. Based on the analysis, the companys profit has increased in the last three years, but the profitability ratio on sales has decreased. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of breakeven analysis on the cooperative, margin of safety, profit planning and sales planning minimum to achieve the expected profit. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The research source is primary data such as interviews and secondary data from the documents which include a general overview of data about the company and the cooperatives financial statements for three years. The results of the research in 2013 after semivariabel costs are separated into fixed costs and variable costs, after that, the cooperative calculates BEP. BEP occurs on sales of Rp. 699,705,406.66 and the margin of safety of 51.23%. In 2013 formed the basis for planning the 2014 calculation. In 2014, BEP will reach is reaching is expected to reach Rp. 732,291,347.83 and the margin of safety of 55.02%. Plan of minimum sales is expected to reach of Rp. 1,619,440,961.77 achieving the expected profit of Rp. 1.627.920.000. The conclusion of this research is BEP analysis should be applied in the planning of corporate profits, because it will provide information relating to the company’s ability to achieve desired profit.
