Abstract
Modal sosial adalah salah satu modal paling penting yang harus dimiliki oleh masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembangunan mereka. Ini akan membawa komunitas ke arah kehidupan sosial yang cerah melalui persyaratannya. Modal sosial akan mendukung semua upaya pengembangan termasuk FDI (investasi asing langsung). Banyak penelitian bahkan mempertimbangkan dengan berani bahwa modal sosial akan merangsang pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kondisi sosial. Ruang lingkup penguatan kebijakan meningkatkan penguatan modal sosial, skenario penguatan modal sosial sebagai penyebut terhadap FDI Komunitas Pro di Kota Malang, pengaruh modal sosial secara positif pada kerja sama antara masyarakat dan komunitas pro FDI menjadi pertanyaan penelitian untuk menggambarkan dan menawarkan komprehensif tentang skenario modal sosial di kota Malang. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Analisis data menggambarkan skenario penguatan modal sosial secara komprehensif sebagai solusi utama untuk menciptakan koordinasi bergerak dengan FDI di Kota Malang dengan ekonomi dan kantor investasi Sekretariat Regional Kota Malang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai dasar ikhtisar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tulangan modal sosial harus menjadi agenda serius bagi semua pemangku kepentingan dengan tiga ruang lingkup. Pertama, peran ruang lingkup pembuatan kebijakan meningkatkan tulangan modal sosial. Kedua, skenario penguatan modal sosial menjadi model besar bagi semua pemangku kepentingan terhadap Pro Community FDI (Investasi Langsung Asing) di Kota Malang. Ketiga, modal sosial berpengaruh positif pada kerja sama yang diciptakan antara masyarakat dan komunitas pro FDI. Ini akan menghasilkan semua upaya penciptaan gerakan kooperatif dan mendukung kehidupan sosial dan ekonomi. Skenario mengarahkan masyarakat setempat untuk memunculkan respons dan langkah-langkah cerdas untuk mencapai tujuan dan ini sangat membutuhkan dukungan dan kesadaran nyata dari semua pemangku kepentingan kota terutama masyarakat itu sendiri . Modal sosial di negara kita harus menjadi dimensi paling penting dalam setiap langkah keputusan kebijakan untuk mencapai pertumbuhan pembangunan ekonomi. Skenario modal sosial harus melibatkan modal penting lainnya seperti modal manusia, menghasilkan modal ekonomi, modal alam berdasarkan implementasi modal spiritual untuk menciptakan hasil yang ideal. Pengaruh skenario modal sosial harus didukung oleh semua pemangku kepentingan di Kota Malang untuk menciptakan hasil jangka panjang dari FDI komunitas pro. English Abstract
Social capital is one of the most important capital must be owned by the society to improve their quality of development. It will bring the community to the bright of social life through its requirements. Social capital will support all the development effort including FDI (Foreign Direct Investment). Many studies even consider bravely that social capital will stimulate the growth of economy and social condition. The policy making scope improves the social capital reinforcement, the scenario of social capital reinforcement as denominator toward pro community FDI in Malang city, social capital influence positively upon the cooperation between society and pro community FDI become the research question for this manuscript to describe and offer comprehensively about the social capital scenario in Malang city. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive research with qualitative approach. Data analysis describes the scenario of social capital reinforcement comprehensively as the main solution for creating the coordination move with FDI in Malang city with Economy and Investment Office Regional Secretariat of Malang City. This research is done by collecting the result of observation, interview and documentation as the base of overview. The result of this research shows that social capital reinforcement must become the serious agenda for all stakeholders with three scopes. First, the role of policy making scope improves the social capital reinforcement. Second, the social capital reinforcement scenario becomes the huge model for all stakeholders towards pro community FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) in Malang city. Third, the social capital influence positively upon the cooperation created between society and pro community FDI. These will result all the effort of cooperative move creation and support the social and economy life. The scenario directs the local community to bring up the smart response and steps to achieve the goals and this highly required the real support and consciousness from all of the city stakeholders especially the community itself . Social capital in our country must become the most important dimension in every step of policy decision to achieve the growth of economy development. The social capital scenario should involve the other important capital like human capital, produced economic capital, natural capital based on the implementation of spiritual capital to create the ideal result.
