Abstract

CV. Aura Seed Indonesia adalah salah satu perusahaan penghasil benih buncis berkualitas. Pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam rantai pasok produk benih buncis adalah petani buncis (supplier) dan CV. Aura Seed Indonesia (manufaktur). Risiko yang teridentifikasi dari pihak petani yaitu keterlambatan pasokan benih, benih tidak sesuai standar, kerusakan selama proses tanam, kenaikan harga pupuk dan pestisida, jumlah hasil panen buncis yang fluktuatif, adanya pesaing dari petani daerah lain, kerusakan selama penanganan pasca panen, dan permintaan buncis yang fluktuatif dari perusahaan. Risiko yang teridentifikasi dari pihak perusahaan yaitu kualitas buncis yang tidak sesuai dengan standar, keterlambatan pasokan buncis dari petani, buncis mengalami kehabisan persediaan, keterlambatan produksi benih buncis, hasil produksi buncis fluktuatif, kerusakan mesin dan peralatan selama proses produksi, dan buncis memiliki produk pesaing sejenis. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan risiko prioritas dan prioritas strategi untuk meminimumkan risiko pada rantai pasok benih buncis. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2017 sampai selesai di CV. Aura Seed Indonesia yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Badas, Kabupaten Kediri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Fuzzy FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) dan AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 responden ahli dari petani dan 2 responden ahli dari perusahaan. Hasil perhitungan Fuzzy FMEA diperoleh risiko tertinggi pada pihak petani yaitu kenaikan harga pupuk dan pestisida sebesar 8,15 dan pada pihak perusahaan yaitu kerusakan mesin dan peralatan selama proses produksi sebesar 5,92. Strategi mitigasi dilakukan pada risiko prioritas yang memiliki nilai FRPN yang diatas rata-rata geometrik dari FRPN. Pada pihak petani terdapat 5 risiko priortias, dan pada pihak perusahaan terdapat 5 risiko prioritas dan risiko tersebut dilakukan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan AHP untuk menentukan alternatif strategi mitigasi risiko. Alternatif strategi pihak petani disusun berdasarkan 3 kriteria faktor yaitu proses budidaya, SDM/ tenaga kerja, dan produk (buncis). Faktor proses budidaya memiliki tingkat kepentingan paling tinggi dengan nilai bobot 0,425 dan alternatif strategi paling baik untuk pihak petani adalah melakukan pengendalian hama dan penyakit tanaman, melakukan penyuluhan budidaya yang benar kepada buruh tani, dan meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas buncis. Alternatif strategi pihak perusahaan disusun berdasarkan 3 kriteria faktor yaitu bahan baku, proses produksi, dan produk (benih buncis). Faktor bahan baku memiliki tingkat kepentingan paling tinggi dengan nilai bobot yaitu 0,46 dan alternatif strategi paling baik untuk pihak perusahaan adalah menjaga kualitas buncis selama pengiriman, melakukan perawatan rutin terhadap mesin dan peralatan, serta meningkatkan kualitas produk dan memperluas pasar.

English Abstract

CV. Aura Seed Indonesia is one of the leading producers of quality bean seeds. The parties involved in the supply chain of bean seed are farmers (suppliers) and CV. Aura Seed Indonesia (manufacture). Identified risks from farmers include delayed supply of seeds, unsuitable seeds, damage during cultivation, fertilizer and pesticide price increases, fluctuating bean yields, competitor farmers from other regions, damage during post-harvest handling, and fluctutative demand for beans from the company. Identified risks from the company include inappropiate quality standard, late supply from farmers, run out of stock, late production of green beans, fluctuative production ammount, damage to machinery and equipment during the production process, and emergent of competitors . Therefore, the aims of this study are to determine priority risk and strategy priority in order to minimize risk in supply chain of bean seeds. This research was conducted on July 2017 until finish in CV. Aura Seed Indonesia, located in Badas, Kediri. The method used in this research is Fuzzy FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). The information was collected from 2 expert farmers and 2 expert respondents from the company. Fuzzy FMEA calculation results obtained the highest risk on the farmers is the price of drugs and pesticides increased by 8.15 and on the side of the company is damage to machinery and equipment during the production process of 5.92. Mitigation strategies are undertaken at a priority risk that has a FRPN value above the geometric average of FRPN. On the farmer side there are 5 risks of priorities, and on the company side there are 5 priorities were done to analyzed using AHP to determine alternative risk mitigation strategy. The farmer's alternative strategy is based on 3 criterias, cultivation process, human resources / labor, and product (bean). The cultivation process factors have the highest importance with the weight value of 0.425 and the best alternative strategy for the farmers is to control pests and diseases of plants, conduct a proper aquaculture to farm workers, and improve the quality and quantity of beans. Alternative corporate strategies are arranged based on 3 criteria factors namely raw materials, production processes, and products (seeds of beans). Raw material factors have the highest importance with the weight value of 0.46 and the best alternative mitigation strategy for the company is to maintain the quality of beans during delivery, perform routine maintenance of machinery and equipment, and improve product quality and expand the market.
