Abstract
Pelaksanaan Pasal 3 ayat 1 Peraturan daerah Kota Kediri Nomor 3 Tahun 2013 Tentang santunan kematian yang dimaksudkan untuk memberi sumbangan santunan kepada masyarakat miskin yang bertujuan untuk meringankan beban dari keluarga masyarakat yang tidak mampu yang telah ditinggalkan keluarganya. Pelaksanaan dari santunan kematian sudah berjalan dengan akan tetapi belum optimal dikarenakan belum semuanya masyarakat miskin mengetahui tata cara untuk mendapatkan bantuan santunan kematian tersebut. Sehingga masyarakat miskin belum semuanya mengetahui program yang telah di berikan oleh pemerintah Kota Kediri ini.Hal ini menandakan bahwa belum tercapainya tujuan dari santunan kematian yaitu meringankan beban keluarga miskin yang ditinggalkan keluarganya yang diatur di dalam pasal 3 ayat 1 Peraturan Daerah Kota Kediri Nomor 3 Tahun 2013 Tentang Pemberian Santunan Kematian Bagi Penduduk Miskin.
English Abstract
Implementation of Article 3 paragraph 1 of Regulation Kediri City area No. 3 Year 2013 About the death benefit is intended to contribute donations to the poor that aim to ease the burden of a family of poor people who have abandoned their families. Implementation of compensation for death has been running but not optimal because not all poor people know the procedure to get the death benefit assistance. So that poor people know the program is not all that has been given by the government of Kediri this. This indicates that not achieving the objectives of the death benefits that ease the burden on poor families who abandoned their families set out in article 3 paragraph 1 of Kediri Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2013 on Issuance of Share Death Benefit the Poor.
