Abstract
Pada skripsi ini, penulis mengangkat permasalahan tentang faktor kriminologis penyebab penyalahgunaan obat keras Artane (pil Double L). Pilihan tema tersebut dilatar belakangi karena banyaknya kasus penyalahgunaan obat keras di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kediri dibandingkan kasus narkoba lainya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, karya tulis ini mengangkat rumusan masalah : (1) Bagaimana modus operandi yang digunakan pelaku dalam peredaran obat keras Artane (pil Double L)? (2) Apa yang menjadi faktor kriminologis penyebab orang melakukan tindak pidana penyalahgunaan obat keras Artane (pil Double L)?. Penulisan skripsi ini menggunakan metode yuridis empiris dengan metode pendekatan yuridis kriminologis. Jenis data yang digunakan penulis adalah data primer dan data sekunder, kemudian data tersebut akan dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian dengan metode di atas, penulis memperoleh jawaban atas permasalahan yang ada bahwa ada 4 modus operandi yang dilakukan oleh pelaku untuk dalam peredaran obat keras Artane (pil Double L), yaitu : 1. Dapat dari teman, 2. bertemu di jalan, 3. sistem ranjau ( barang ditaruh disuatu tempat),4. menyuruh orang (kurir). Adapun faktor-faktor kriminologis penyebab penyalahgunaan obat keras Artane (pil Double L) ini ada 5, yaitu: 1. Faktor doping stamina kerja, 2. Faktor ekonomi, 3. Faktor keluarga, 4. Faktor keluarga,5. Faktor individu.
English Abstract
On this thesis , writer raised problems of factors kriminologis the cause of a drug of abuse hard artane (pills double l) .The choice of the theme background cases like a drug of abuse because of the loud in a correctional institution kediri than other drug cases . Based on it, a piece of writing this raised synthesis problem: (1) how mode of criminal methods used the offender in a hard drug distribution artane ( pills double l ) ? (2) what into factors kriminologis the cause of a person committing a criminal act a drug of abuse hard artane ( pills double l ) ?. This uses the method of writing a thesis empirical juridical with the methods kriminologis juridical approach. The kind of data used writer is primary data and secondary data , then the data will be analyzed using a technique qualitative descriptive . From the research with the methods above , writer elicit a response on the existing problems that there are 4 mode of criminal methods done by the perpetrators to in circulation a hard medicated artane ( pills double l ) , namely: 1.Can be from friends, 2. Meet in the way ,3. Mine system ( goods stored somewhere ), 4. Sent people ( courier ).The factors kriminologis the cause of abuse a hard medicated artane ( pills double l ) there are 5, namely:1. Drug stamina factors work factors,2. Economic factors ,3. Factors the family ,4 .Association factors , 5 .Individual factors.
