Abstract

Kebutuhan akan beras di indonesia setiap tahun semakin meningkat yang disebabkan oleh laju peningkatan populasi manusia yang semakin meningkat, sehingga kebutuhan akan makanan juga akan semakin meningkat. Penggunaan pupuk anorganik yang berlebih dapat menyebabkan menurunnya kualitas tanah, disisi lain, pemanfaatan pupuk organik saja tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan unsur hara bagi tanaman. Sehingga untuk meningkatkan produksi perlu dilakukan kombinasi antara pupuk organik dan anorganik. Peneitian dilaksanakan di Dusun Tanjung, Desa Banjararum, Kecamatan Singosari, Kabupatem Malang, dan laboratorium kimia tanah Jurusan ilmu tanah, Fakutas Pertanian Universitas Brawijaya pada bulan September 2017 Hingga Januari 2018. Percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 10 Perlakuan kombinasi pupuk organik dan anorganik dengan 3 kali ulangan. Perlakuan kombinasi pupuk yang digunakan (kg ha-1) yakni A : Kontrol; B NPK 300 + Urea 200; C: Organik 2000;D: Organik 00 + NPK 75 + Urea 50; E: Organik 20000 + NPK 150 + Urea 100; F: Organik 2000 + NPK 225 + Urea 150; G: Orgaanik 2000 + NPK 300 + Urea 200; H: Organik 500 + NPK 225 + Urea 150; I: Organik 1000 + NPK 225 + Urea 150; J: Organik 1500 + NPK 225 + Urea 150. Variabel yang diamati diantaranya terdiri dari variabel vegetatif (tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, jumlah daun, panjang malai), variabel produksi (bobot 1000 butir, jumlah biji hampa, jumlah biji isi, jumlah biji total dan produksi) selain itu juga diamati variabel serapan unsur hara N, P dan K didalam tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi pupuk organik dan pupuk anorganik secara signifikan (P<0,01) dapat meningkatkan produksi padi. Perlakuan pemupukan yang umum digunakan petani (perlakuan B NPK 300 kg ha-1 + Urea 200 kg ha-1) sebesar 10,36 ton ha-1 menunjukkan hasil yang tidak berbeda nyata dengan perlakuan E (pupuk organik 2000 kg ha-1 + NPK 150 kg ha-1 + Urea 100 kg ha-1) sebesar 9,71 ton ha-1, perlakuan F (pupuk organik 2000 kg ha-1 + NPK 225 kg ha-1 + Urea 150 kg ha-1) sebesar 9,22 ton ha-1, dan perlakuan J (pupuk organik 1500 kg ha-1 + NPK 225 kg ha-1 + Urea 150 kg ha-1) dengan hasil panen sebesar 9,88 ton ha-1. Penambahan unsur N P dan K kedalam tanah melalui pemberian pupuk Organik, NPK dan Urea memberikan hasil yang sinifikan terhadap peningkatan serapan unsur hara tanaman. Perlakuan G dengan penambahan unsur N P dan K sebanyak 92,13 kg ha-119,73 kg ha-1 dan 38,06 kg ha-1dari pemupukan organik 2000 kg ha-1 + NPK 300 kg ha-1 + Urea 200 kg ha-1 menunjukkan hasil serapan N P dan K berturut-turut yakni sebesar 57,11 g rumpun-1 1,7 g rumpun-1 dan 12,88g rumpun-

English Abstract

Rice demand in Indonesia is increasing every year due to the raising of human population, then it also increases the need of food. The over utilization of anorganic fertilizer has bad effects on the quality of soil. On the other side, the utilization of organic fertilizer also cannot produce good nutrient for the plants. As a result, to increase the production we need to combine the organic and anorganic fertilizer. The research was conducted in Banjararum Village, Tanjung Hamlet, Singasari District Malang Regency and Soil Chemistry Laboratory of Soil Science Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Brawijaya University, from September 2017 up to January 2018. The treatment is use randomize group design with 10 treatment combinations of organic and inorganic fertilizers with 3 repetitions. The combination of organic and anorganic composition used such as (kg ha-1) which is A : Control; B NPK 300 + Urea 200; C: Organic 2000; D: Organic 00 + NPK 75 + Urea 50; E: Organic 20000 + NPK 150 + Urea 100; F: Organic 2000 + NPK 225 + Urea 150; G: Organic 2000 + NPK 300 + Urea 200; H: Organic 500 + NPK 225 + Urea 150; I: Organic 1000 + NPK 225 + Urea 150; J: Organic 1500 + NPK 225 + Urea 150. The observed variables include vegetative variables (plant height, number odseedlings, number of leaves, panicle length), production variable (1000 grain weight, numberof empty seed, number of seeds, total number of seeds and productivity) nutrients N, P, and K in the plant. The result showed that combination of organic and anorganic significantly (P<0,01) can increase the rice production. The treatment of giving fertilizer generally used by farmer (B treatment NPK 300 kg ha-1 + Urea 200 kg ha-1) up to 10,36 tons ha-1 showed the results which was not significantly different with E treatment (organic manure 2000 kg ha-1 + NPK 150 kg ha-1 + Urea 100 kg ha-1) was 9,71 ton ha-1, F treatment (organic fertilizer 2000 kg ha-1 + NPK 225 kg ha-1 + Urea 150 kg ha-1) up to 9,22 ton ha-1, and J treatment (organik fertilizer 1500 kg ha-1 + NPK 225 kg ha-1 + Urea 150 kg ha-1) the harvest took amount in number 9,88 ton ha-1. The adding of chemical element of N, P, and K inside the soil by giving organic fertilizer, NPK and urea showed the significant result against the increasing of nutrient absorbing. G treatment which had chemical element of N, P, and K took amount 92,13 kg ha-1 19,73 kg ha-1 and 38,06 kg ha-1 by giving organic manure 2000 kg ha-1 + NPK 300 kg ha-1 + Urea 200 kg ha-1 showed the absorbing of N P and K in number of 57,11 g colony-1 1,7 g colony-1 dan 12,88 g colony-
