English Abstract
Research was conducted at Sembung Village, Tulungagung Subdistrict, Tulungagung Regency. Research was conducted on November to December 2017. The purpose of this research was to determine the factors that affect the women labour participation in home industry rambak crackers. 75 respondents working women and 30 owners of home industry selected by purposive sampling. Age (X1), education (X2), number of dependents (X3), distance between home and the home industry (X4) and the wages of respondents (X5) as an independent variable and the level of participation as the dependent variable. Primary data was collected through interviews, observations and questionnaires, secondary data obtained from the literature. Classical assumption test and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data. The results showed that the distance (X4) and wages (X5) significantly affect the participation sig. 0.037 <0.05 and t count 2.745> 1.997 and 0.008 <0.05 and t count 2.124> 1.997. X1, X2, X3, X4 and X5 have significance value of 0.234> 0.05 and F-count 1.403 <F table 2, 35 means no effect on participation variables. Contributions effect of variable X to variable Y is equal to 66,9%. The average net v income home industry is Rp. 13.163.424.00 / month. The conclusion is variables within a residence with the home industry and the amount of the wages offered significantly affect the women labour participation rate in home industry rambak crackers at Sembung Village Tulungagung Subdistrict.
