Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Malang, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung motivasi kerja dan kompensasi non finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas kerja karyawan, serta mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung motivasi kerja dan kompensasi non finansial terhadap loyalitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian explanatory research. Jumlah karyawan di PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Malang sebagai respondennya adalah 63 orang, dengan menggunakan pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisoner diukur dengan skala likert. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Kompensai Non Finansial terhadap Kepuasan dan Loyalitas Kerja Karyawan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, Malang. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Loyalitas Kerja karyawan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, Malang. (2) Kompensasi Non Finansial berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Loyalitas Kerja karyawan, (3) Kompensasi Finansial berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan, (4) Kompensasi Non Finansial berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan, (5) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Loyalitas Kerja karyawan, (6) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Loyalitas Kerja melalui Kepuasan kerja karyawan, (7) Kompensasi Non Finansial berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Loyalitas Kerja melalui Kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, Malang.

English Abstract

This study was conducted at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Ltd, Malang which aimed to reveal the direct effect of job motivation and non-financial compensation on employee job satisfaction and job loyalty; further, it aimed to reveal the indirect effect of of job motivation and non-financial compensation on employee job loyalty through job satisfaction. This research used explanatory research as its research design. The number of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Ltd Malang were involved as respondents were 63 people. The respondents were selected through simple random sampling technique. Data collection in this study utilized questionnaire which then the data were measured by Likert scale. Data analysis was done through descriptive analysis technique and path analysis to find out the effect of job motivation and non-financial compensation on employee job satisfaction and job loyalty in PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Ltd. Malang. The results of this study are: (1) Job motivation has partial significant effect on employee job loyalty in PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Ltd. Malang, (2) Non-Financial Compensation has partial significant effect on employee job loyalty, (3) Financial compensation has partial significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (4) Non-financial compensation has partial significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (5) Job satisfaction has partial significant effect on employee job loyalty, (6) Job motivation has partial significant effect on job loyalty through employee job satisfaction, (7) Non-financial compensation has partial significant effect on job loyalty through employee job satisfaction in PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Ltd., Malang.
