Abstract

Sayuran merupakan salah satu makanan utama bagi masarakat Indonesia. Melihat dari tingginya permintaan akan sayuran tak heran jika budidaya sayuran di anggap sebagai salah satu lahan bisnis yang cukup menjajikan salah satunya yaitu sawi pakcoy. Penelitian ini tentang teknologi pemberian suara pada tanaman sawi pakcoy yang biasa disebut dengan teknologi sonic bloom yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pemberian frekuensi gelombang bunyi terhadap fegetatif tanaman. Penelitian ini dua perlakuan yaitu pemberian pupuk dan pemberian bunyi selama 5 jam pada pagi 04.30 WIB dan 16.00 WIB. Pada pemberian musik dengan frekuensi 5000 Hz berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman,jumlah daun dan berat basah tanaman pakcoy. Perlakuan pemberian pupuk berpengaruh hanya terhadap indeks klorofil. Interaksi kedua perlakuan pemberian musik dan pemberian pupuk tidak berpengaruh terhadap semua karakteristik pertumbuhan pakcoy. Jumlah daun terbanyak terdapat pada perlakuan musik sore yaitu 18 daun. Indeks klorofil tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan pemupukan tiga hari sekali yaitu 32,41. Pada perlakuan musik, pemupukan dan interaksi kedua perlakuan tersebut tidak berpengaruh terhdap lingkar batang.

English Abstract

Vegetables are one of the main foods for Indonesian society. Seeing from the high demand for vegetables do not be surprised if the vegetable cultivation is considered as one of the business land that is enough to serve one of them namely mustard pakcoy. The harvest time of mustard plant pakcoy is very short, only 30-40 days, pakcoy contains lots of fiber, vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin C, potassium, phosphorus, copper, magnesium, iron, and protein. This research is about the technology of voting on the mustard plant pakcoy commonly called sonic bloom technology which aims. consists of two factors: fertilizer and sound for 5 hours at 04.30 WIB and 16.00 WIB. In giving of music with frequency 5000 Hz have real effect to plant height, leaf number and wet weight of pakcoy plant. Treatment of fertilizer affects only the chlorophyll index. The interaction of both treatment and fertilizer giving did not affect all characteristics of pakcoy growth. The result of measurement after 30 days, obtained the highest pakcoy plants in the morning and afternoon music treatment, the music of the afternoon and without music of each other were not significantly different, respectively 20.8 cm, 21.2 cm and 21.5 cm. The highest number of leaves found in the afternoon music treatment that is 18 leaves. The highest chlorophyll index was found in the fertilization treatment once every three days ie 32.41. In the treatment of music, fertilization and interaction of the two treatments have no effect on the stem circumference.
