Abstract
Sebuah kebijakan yang di terapkan oleh pemerintah daerah terkait perizinan investasi akan memberikan dampak bagi perekonomian suatu daerah tersebut. Kebijakan perizinan investasi di terapkan di seluruh kota maupun kabupaten di Indonesia tak terkecuali di Kota Wisata Batu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui apa saja kebijakan perizinan investasi yang di terapkan di Kota Wisata Batu dan bagaimana dampak kebijakan perizinan investasi khususnya bidang objek dan daya tarik wisata terhdap perekonomian Kota Wisata Batu. Analisis yang digunakan dalam hasil penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa reformasi regulasi perizinan investasi usaha, pengembangan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PPTSP) Kebijakan perizinan investasi bidang pariwisata di Kota Batu memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat antara lain memperoleh kemudahan dalam memproses dan mengurus perizinan, mendapat kepastian hukum. Sedangkan dari segi pemerintah, mengurangi beban administratif karena pelayanan yang lebih efektif dan efisien., terjadi peningkatan jumlah retribusi izin, investasi, kunjungan wisatawan, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto mengalami kenaikkan terutama pada pariwisata, industri pengolahan, perdagangan, hotel dan restaurant yang di ikuti dengan kenaikkan pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Wisata Batu
English Abstract
A policy applied by the local government for approval of investment will be giving an impact on the economy of the area. Investment licensing policy applied in cities and regencies in Indonesia is no exception in the Batu City . The purpose of this study was to determine what investment licensing policies applied in the Batu City and how the impact of licensing policy , particularly the field of investment objects and attractions on the economy of Batu City .Analisis used in research using descriptive method . The results showed that regulatory reform licensing business investment, Development Services One Stop ( PPTSP ) investment licensing policy in tourism in Batu has positive impact for public. Among others, the easy in processing and obtaining the licenses, obtain legal certainty . In terms of government, reducing the administrative burden for services more effective and efficient. An increase in the amount of levy permits, investment, tourist arrivals, Gross Domestic Product had passed mainly on tourism, processing industry , trade, hotel and restaurant which is followed by increase economic growth in the Batu City.
