Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti adanya interaksi kurs dollar dan kurs yen dengan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Jenis data berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Bank Indonesia dan Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model Vector Autoregrresive (VAR) atau Vector Error Correction Models (VECM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya interaksi antara kurs dollar dengan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) dalam jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. Sementara kurs yen dengan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) juga saling berinteraksi dalam jangka pendek dan jangka panjang.
English Abstract
This study aims to investigate the interaction of the dollar and the yen exchange rate with the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) in the short term and long term. The type of data in the form of secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The method used was a quantitative study using Autoregrresive Vector models (VAR) or Vector Error Correction Models (VECM). Results showed that the interaction between the dollar with Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) in the short term and long term.
