Abstract
Perkembangan pasar modal suatu negara banyak dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor internal yakni makro ekonomi negara dan faktor eksternal yakni pengaruh dari negara lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel makroekonomi dan indeks pasar modal dunia terhadap pergerakan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) di BEI. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah BI rate, Kurs Dollar terhadap Rupiah, Indeks Nikkei 225 dan Indeks Dow Jones Industrial Average (independent variabel) serta IHSG (dependent variabel). Jenis data berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website terkait dengan periode waktu pengamatan yakni mulai tahun 2008 hingga 2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Error Correction Model (ECM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang BI rate mempunyai korelasi negatif terhadap IHSG namun tidak signifikan, kurs Dollar terhadap Rupiah mempunyai korelasi negatif dan signifikan terhadap IHSG baik dalam jangka pendek maupun dalam jangka panjang, indeks Dow Jones mempunyai korelasi positif dan signifikan terhadap IHSG, indeks Nikkei 225 mempunyai korelasi positif dan tidak signifikanterhadap IHSG. Nilai R2 sebesar 0,573 menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam penelitian telah berkontribusi dalam pembentukan IHSG sebesar 57% sedangkan 43% kekurangan dibentuk oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian.
English Abstract
The capital market of a state much influenced by a variety of the internal factor is the country macro economy and external factors is the influence of other countries .This research aims to analyse macroeconomic variable influence and capital market index on the movement of the world stock price index ihsg combined.Variable used in this research is the bi rate , dollar exchange rate of rupiah , nikkei 225 index and the dow jones industrial average ( independent variables) as well as the composite index dependent variable .A kind of data in the form of secondary data obtained from the website related to the observation period of time is starting in 2008 to 2013 .Research method used is the model error correction ( ecm ) . The results of research shows that in the short-term and long-term the bi rate have a negative correlation to the composite index but not significant , dollar exchange rate of rupiah have a negative correlation and significant impact on the composite index both in the short term and in the long term , the dow jones had the positive correlation and significant impact on the composite index , nikkei 225 index had positive correlation and not signifikanterhadap the composite index .The value of R2 0,573 show that the variable free used in research has contributed in the formation of the composite index by 57 percent while 43 percent of a shortage of formed by other variables outside a model research .
