Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) yang diberikan oleh PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. terhadap Kinerja Usaha Mikro dan Kecil yang diukur melalui Jumlah Produksi, Omset Penjualan, Keuntungan, dan Return on Asset (ROA). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari laporan keuangan nasabah Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) yang tercatat pada berkas pengajuan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) di PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Ponorogo. Setelah melewati tahap purposive random sampling, maka sample yang layak digunakan sebanyak 117 nasabah Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel KUR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi, omset penjualan, keuntungan, dan ROA yang menjadi tolok ukur kinerja UMK. Akan tetapi kontribusi KUR terhadap peningkatan produksi, omset penjualan, keuntungan, dan ROA sangat rendah bahkan peningkatan keempat indikator kinerja UMK tersebut cenderung lebih besar sebelum mengikuti program KUR daripada sesudah mengikuti program KUR. Hal ini disebabkan karena penyaluran KUR sebagian besar tidak tepat sasaran kepada UMK yang membutuhkan. dengan demikian pihak bank diharapkan meningkatkan penyeleksian terhadap UMK calon nasabah KUR agar penyaluran KUR lebih tepat sasaran
English Abstract
The research is basically used to knowing the influence of Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) which is given by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk to the performance of Small Medium Enterprises. The performance measures the amount of production, turnover, profit, and Return on Assets (ROA). The data of the research comes from the financial report of KUR’s customers who is noted in the form of KUR’s submission in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk branch of Ponorogo. After being passed in purposive random sampling test, there are 117 KUR’s customers that can be used as samples. The result of research analyses that variable of KUR has a positive and significance level in influencing the performances of Small Medium Enterprises such as the amount of production, turnover, profit, and Return on Assets. Nevertheless, the contribution of KUR in Small Medium Enterprises is relatively small. In fact, Small Medium Enterprises has bigger performances before it implements the KUR. This is caused by the inappropriate distribution of KUR, for example, giving KUR to Small Medium Enterprises that do not need an additional capital. Hereby, bank parties are expected to increase the selection of KUR’s applicants in order to decrease the inappropriate distribution
