Abstract
Faktor pendapatan sangat mempengaruhi kinerja pelayanan sopir mikrolet dilapangan, kejar setoran dan berenut penumpang menyebabkan sopir mikrolet tidak memperhatikan kenyamanan dan keamanan penumpang. Sebuah pemikiran dasar dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan para pengemudi angkutan umum dengan menggunakan sampel penelitian 3 angkutan kota yaitu LDG, CKL dan TSG. Factor greatly affect the performance of services revenues minibus driver in the field, chasing payment and passengers scramble cause microbus driver does not pay attention to the comfort and safety of passengers.
