Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola permodalan pada industri kecil ledre pisang yang di dalamnya terdapat hubungan patron client yang dilihat dari segi prosedur, jaminan, sanksi dan jangka waktu. Penelitian ini berlokasi pada industri kecil ledre pisang di Desa Gapluk, Kecamatan Purwosari, Bojonegoro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan landasan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola permodalan yang diperoleh apabila dilihat dari segi prosedur menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada prosedur yang rumit cukup secara lisan dan track record peminjam (pekerja). Kedua, untuk jaminan hanya diperlukan faktor kepercayaan dan track record pekerja. Ketiga, sanksi akan mendapat catatan merah dan apabila gagal bayar sanksi yang diberikan adalah pemutusan kerja. Terakhir, jangka waktu pengembaliannya yaitu tidak terpatok pada waktu akan tetapi, setiap menyetor pinjaman akan diangsur. Selain itu, dalam penelitian ini juga menunjukkan kelebihan dan kekurang adanya hubungan patron client antara pengepul dan pembuat ledre pisang. Kelebihan di sisi client yaitu pemberian pekerjaan, mendapatkan modal untuk proses produksi dan kebutuhan pribadi, jaminan sosial, menambah motivasi kerja dan mempermudah pemasaran. Sedangkan disisi patron (pengepul) adalah adanya anggapan status yang lebih tinggi dan memperoleh pasokan hasil produksi ledre. Selain kelebihan ternyata dalam hubungan ini juga terdapat kekurangan yang diantaranya adalah adanya struktur kekuasaan, keterikatan kerja (kontrak kerja), ketergantungan dan rendahnya posisi tawar client (pembuat ledre).
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the capital pattern in small industry of ledre pisang which there is a patron client relationship in terms of procedures, collateral, penalties and time period. This research is located on small industries of ledre pisang in Gapluk village, Purwosari subdistrict, Bojonegoro. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with phenomenological. The results showed that the capital pattern obtained when viewed in terms of the procedure indicates that no procedure is complicated, just seen from verbally and track record of the borrower (the workers). Second, for collateral only needed the trust factor and a track record of working. Third, the penalties will have a red note and if failure to pay penalties are given termination. Finally, the term of repayment is not set to a time but any deposit will be repaid the loan. In addition, this study also shows the advantages and lack of patron client relationship between wholesaler (patron) and ledre pisang maker (client). Excess on the client side, namely employment, obtain capital for the production process and personal needs, social guarantee, increase motivation and facilitate of marketing. While the patron (wholesaler) side is the perception of higher status and obtain supplies ledre production. In addition to the advantages it turns out in this connection there is also a shortage of which is the power structure, the attachment work (employment contract), dependency and low bargaining posisition of client (ledre pisang maker)
