Abstract
Disemua Negara, UMKM memiliki peran penting dan strategis dalam memberikan kontribusi perekonomian negara. Dibalik besarnya kontribusi yang dihasilkan oleh UMKM, tersimpang berbagai permasalah, salah satunya adalah masalah permodalan. Permodalan UMKM terbesar adalah dari pemberian bank, tetapi pembebanan suku bunga yang tinggi dan diikuti lamanya maupun jumlah pemberian kredit menjadi permasalahan pihak UMKM dalam peminjaman kredit tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh suku bunga dan pemberian kredit terhadap Perkembangan unit, tenaga kerja dan omset UMKM. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan periode penelitian dari tahun 2000-2012. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan tujuan dapat mengetahui secara real/nyata setiap permasalahan UMKM, sedangkan data sekunder dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh baik dari BPS, Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM maupun dari instansi lainnya. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik dan uji statistik, dalam uji asumsi klasik terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji autokorelasi, sedangkan uji statistik terdiri dari uji F, uji t dan uji R2. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yaitu pemberian kredit Secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen yaitu unit, tenaga kerja dan omzet UMKM. Sedangkan, variabel independen yaitu suku bunga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap unit dan tenaga kerja.
English Abstract
In all countries , SMEs have an important and strategic role in contributing to the countrys economy . Behind the contribution generated by SMEs , tersimpang various problems , one of which is the problem of capital . SMEs are the biggest capital of the bank administration , but charging high interest rates and followed the duration and the amount of credit to the problems of SMEs in the credit lending . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interest rates and lending to the Development of units , employment and turnover of SMEs . In this study, using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis method . The research was conducted by the research period from year 2000 to 2012 . The data used in this study are primary and secondary data . Primary data in this study using a questionnaire with the aim to determine in real / real every issue of SMEs , while secondary data in this study is a good secondary data obtained from BPS , Department of Cooperatives and SMEs as well as from other agencies . The analysis tool used is the classical assumption and statistical tests , the classical assumption consists of normality test, heteroscedasticity , multicollinearity test and autocorrelation test , while the statistical test consists of the F test , t test and R2 . The analysis showed that the independent variables are lending significantly affect the dependent variable is the units , labor and turnover of SMEs . Meanwhile , the independent variable is the interest rate has a significant influence on the unit and labor .
