Abstract
Desentralisasi menyebabkan setiap pemerintah daerah berupaya keras meningkatkan perekonomian daerahnya sendiri termasuk meningkatkan perolehan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). Bagi suatu daerah yang terbatas potensi sumber daya alamnya akan menjadi tantangan tersendiri dalam upaya untuk memaksimalkan potensi yang dimiliki oleh daerah. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan penerimaan daerah yaitu dengan mengoptimalkan potensi dalam sektor pariwisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekonomi dari sektor pariwisata yang terdiri dari jumlah obyek wisata, jumlah wisatawan, tingkat hunian hotel, dan pendapatan per kapita terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah dapat memberikan pengetahuan mengenai potensi ekonomi yang dapat diberikan dalam kurun waktu penelitian terhadap peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah di Kabupaten Tulungagung. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diantaranya mengenai jumlah obyek wisata, jumlah wisatawan, tingkat hunian hotel, dan pendapatan per kapita serta Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan uji statistik dan uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan uji analisis yang dilakukan maka didapatkan bahwa variabel-variabel dari sektor pariwisata yaitu jumlah obyek wisata, jumlah wisatawan, dan tingkat hunian hotel memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung, sedangkan pendapatan per kapita tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Pengaruh yang dominan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung adalah variabel jumlah obyek wisata.
English Abstract
Decentralization causing each local government to increasing their local economic more hard, including to gain increase of local revenue. It will be a challenge for district who have limited of natural resources in effort to maximize their potential. One of effort that they can do to increase local revenue is optimizing the potential of the tourism sector. This research aimed to understand of economic influence of tourism sector which consist of a tourist attraction numbers, tourist visiting numbers, hotel occupancy rates, income per capita against the local income of Tulungagung Regency. The benefit of this research is to provide knowledge on the economic potential that can be given in the period of research against an increase of loca incime in Tulungagung Regency. Types of data in this research is secondary data such as the number of tourist attraction, tourist numbers, hotel occupancy rates, income per capita and local income of Tulungagung Regency. The analytical tool is multiple regression analysis with statistical tests and classical assumption. Based on the research results of the analysis conducted tests showed that the variables of the tourism sector which is the number of tourist attraction, tourist numbers and hotel occupancy rates have a significant effect on the local income of Tulungagung Regency, while income per capita has no significant effect. Dominant influence on the local income of Tulungagung Regency is variable of tourist attraction numbers.
