Abstract
Sektor industri kecil merupakan salah satu bentuk strategi alternatif untuk mendukung pengembangan perekonomian dalam pembangunan jangka panjang di Indonesia.Dengan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor produksi yang ada yaitu modal, tenaga kerja, dan biaya bahan baku dan lama usaha dapat diketahui pengaruhnya pada jumlah produksi industri kecil keripik tempe di Kota Malang. Terkait secara langsung dengan upaya untuk peningkatan hasil produksi maka penulis melakukan Penelitian yang berjudul Analisis Variabel-Variabel Yang Mempengaruhi Jumlah Produksi Pada Industri Kecil Keripik Tempe di Kota Malang (Studi Kasus pada Sentra Industri Keripik Tempe Sanan Kota Malang). Penelitian yang dilakukan termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik analisa regresi berganda dan menggunaka data primer dan sekunder yang didat dari hasil survey.Variabel Independen yang digunakan adalah jumlah modal, jumlah tenaga kerja, dan biaya bahan baku dan lama usaha. Sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah jumlah produksi. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa modal, tenaga kerja, dan biaya bahan baku dan lama usaha mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap jumlah produksi pada Industri Kecil Keripik Tempe di Kota Malang. Dan dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel jumlah tenaga kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang dominan terhadap jumlah produksi pada Industri Kecil Keripik Tempe di Kota Malang.
English Abstract
Small industrial sector is one form of alternative strategies to support economic development in the long-term development in Indonesia. By identifying the factors of production, namely capital, labor, raw material costs and time effort can determine its effect on the number of small industrial production of tempeh chips in Malang. directly related to the effort to increase production, the authors conducted a study entitled Analysis Variables of Total Production on Small Industry Tempe Chips in Malang (Case Study on Tempe Chips Industry Centers Sanan Malang). Research conducted including descriptive quantitative research by using multiple regression analysis techniques and using primary and secondary data obtained from the survey results. Independent variables used are the amount of capital, number of workers, and the cost of raw materials and long effort. While the dependent variable is the amount of production. The results of the analysis of capital, labor and raw material costs and the long effort to have a significant effect on the amount of chips tempe small industrial production in Malang. And the results of these studies indicate that the variable number of workers have a dominant influence on the amount of production in the small industries tempe chips in Malang.
