Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi tingkat kesehatan kinerja keuangan koperasi 2012 dan 2013 melalui laporan keuangan neraca dan Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) pada Koperasi Karyawan Citra Bekisar Telkom Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan menurut Peraturan Menteri Koperasi (Permenkop) No.14/Per/M.KUKM/XII/2009 yang diolah menjadi 5 aspek yaitu permodalan, kualitas aktiva produktif, likuiditas, efisiensi, dan kemandirian & pertumbuhan koperasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan Koperasi Karyawan Citra Bekisar Telkom Surabaya pada tahun 2012 dan 2013 mendapat skor 55,34 dan 55,19 sehingga dinyatakan “KURANG SEHAT”.
English Abstract
This research is aimed to analyze the health level of Citra Bekisar cooperation financial performance for years 2012 and 2013. The object of the research was to analyzed the financial statements balance sheet and the remainder of the business results (SHU) of Citra Bekisar Telkom Surabaya Employees Cooperation. Type of this research is descriptive research with the data used are of financial statements. The technique of data collection is documentation. Data analyze is used according to the regulations of the Minister for cooperatives (Permenkop) No. 14/Per/M. KUKM/XII/2009 which is processed into 5 aspects of capital, productive asset quality, liquidity, efficiency, and independence & growth of cooperatives. The results of this research indicate that financial performance Employee Cooperatives Organized by Telkom Surabaya Citra in 2012 and 2013 scored 55,34 and 55,19% stated that the financial health is “UNWELL”.
