Abstract
Dengan menggunakan data regresi linier berganda Januari 2008 sampai Desember 2012, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi inflasi di Balikpapan. Variable yang digunakan adalah harga sement, harga cabe, harga bawang merah dan harga bbm. T test dan F test juga digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menentukan pengaruh dari variable bebas terhadap variabel terikat dan juga untuk memperkuat hasil yang didapatkan dari analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga sement, harga cabe, harga bawang merah dan bbm mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap inflasi. Variable yang paling berpengaruh terhadap inflasi adalah semen.
English Abstract
Using multiple linear regression analysis data from January 2008 to December 2012, this research aims to analyze of the factors influencing inflation in Balikpapan. The variables used are: Price of Cement, Price of Chili, Price of Onion and Price of Fuel. T -test, F-test and classical assumption are also used in this study to determine the effect of independent variable on dependent variable and also to strengthen the result obtained from multiple regression analysis. The finding shows that Price of Cement, Price of Chili, Price of Onion and Price of fuel have a positive and significant influence on inflation. The most influential variable to inflation is Cement.
