Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh structural assurance dan perceived reputation terhadap trust pengguna internet di sistem ecommerce. Sample penelitian ini berjumlah 199 responden yang berasal dari mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Brawijaya Malang dengan menggunakan teknik convinience sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan survey dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan software Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan melakukan teknik analisis multivariat yang memperbandingkan variabel dependen berganda dan independen berganda. Hasil pengujian didapatkan structural assurance berpengaruh positif terhadap trust pengguna internet di sistem e-commerce. Begitu juga perceived reputation berpengaruh positif terhadap trust pengguna internet di sistem e-commerce.
English Abstract
This research aims to empirically examine the impact of structural assurance and perceived reputation on trust of Internet users in the e-commerce system. The study sample is of 199 respondents of the students of Accounting Department of Economics and Business Faculty of Brawijaya University using convinience sampling technique. The methods of data collection is done. Tests are run using software Partial Least Square (PLS) to perform multivariate analysis techniques to compare multiple dependent variables and multiple independents. Test results of study show that structural assurance has positive effect on user trust in the Internet e-commerce system. The result also show that perceived reputation has positives effect on user trust in the Internet e-commerce system.
