Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh usia, masa kerja, pelatihan, dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja wanita di Industri Tas UD. AGBIL Kec. Porong, Kab. Sidoarjo sehingga diperoleh hasil apakah keempat variabel tersebut yang telah ditetapkan selama ini dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja wanita atau tidak.. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian penjelasan yang bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui 3 (tiga) cara, yaitu wawancara terhadap narasumber, observasi serta dokumentasi.Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 34 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan tujuan untuk menegtahui pengaruh usia, masa kerja,pelatihan, dan jumlah tanggungan keluargaterhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja wanita di Industri Tas UD. AGBIL Kec. Porong, Kab. Sidoarjo. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah usia (X1), masa kerja (X2),pelatihan (X3) dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga (X4), sedangkan variabel dependen adalah produktivitas tenaga kerja wanita (Y). Hasil dari penelitian ini berdasarkan analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan, yaitu variabel usia (X1) masa kerja (X2) dan pelatihan (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja wanita (Y). Hal ini berarti bahwa usia, masa kerja, dan pelatihan memberikan dampak yang besar dalam produktivitas tenaga kerja wanita di Industri Tas UD. AGBIL Kec. Porong, Kab. Sidoarjo.
English Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of age, work period, training, and total dependent family on productivity of women labor in Bags Industry UD. AGBIL Porong, Sidoarjo in order to obtain results if the four variables that have been set for this can affect productivity of women labor or not. In this research, an explanation of research methods aimed to test the hypothesis that has been set. The data in this study was obtained through three (3) ways, interview with informants, observation and documentation. The sample used in this study amounted to 34 respondents. Analysis of the data used is the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, with the aim to determine the affect of age, work period, training, and total dependent familyonv productivity of women labor in Bags Industry UD. AGBIL Porong, Sidoarjo. The independent variables in this study were age (X1), work period (X2), training (X3) and total dependent family (X4), while the dependent variable is productivity of women labor (Y). The results of this research based on data analysis and hypothesis testing is done, the variable age (X1), work period (X2) and training (X3) significant affect on female labor productivity (Y). This means that age, work period, and training a large impact in the productivity of labor in the Bags Industry UD. AGBIL Porong, Sidoarjo.
