Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh usia, tingkat pendidikan, dan masa kerja terhadap pendapatan pekerja wanita di PT. PJB UP Gresik, sehingga diperoleh hasil apakah ketiga variabel tersebut yang telah ditetapkan selama ini dapat mempengaruhi pendapatan pekerja wanita atau tidak.selain itu juga untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi pendapatan responden terhadap pendapatan keluarga. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui 3 (tiga) cara, yaitu wawancara terhadap narasumber, kuesioner serta dokumentasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan tujuan untuk menegtahui pengaruh usia, tingkat pendidkan, dan masa kerja terhadap pendapatan pekerja wanita serta di PT. PJB UP Gresik. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah usia (X1), tingkat pendidikan (X2), dan masa kerja (X3), sedangkan variabel dependen adalah pendapatan pekerja wanita (Y). Hasil dari penelitian ini berdasarkan analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan, yaitu variabel tingkat pendidikan (X2) dan masa kerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan pekerja wanita (Y). Hal ini berarti bahwa tingkat pendidikan dan masa kerja memberikan dampak yang besar dalam penentuan pendapatan pekerja wanita di PT. PJB UP Gresik. Selain itu besar kontribusi pendapatan responden terhadap pendapatan keluarga yaitu sebesar 68,05%. Jumlah kontribusi pendapatan responden yang melebihi setengah dari total pendapatan dikarenakan ada beberapa responden yang belum menikah dan hanya memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya sendiri.
English Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of the age, level of education, and working period to income of women labor in PT. PJB UP Gresik, so that the obtained results are the three variables that have been set for this can affect the income of women labor or not. In addition, to determine how much income do respondents contribute to the family income. In this study using quantitative research method that aims to test the hypothesis that has been set. The data in this study was obtained through three (3) ways, interview with informants, questionnaire and documentation. The sample used in this research were 30 respondents. Analysis of the data used is the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, with the aim to determine the influence of age, level of education, and years of service-to-income of women labor as well as in PT. PJB UP Gresik. The independent variables in this study were age (X1), level of education (X2), and working period (X3), while the dependent variable is the income of women labor (Y). The results of this study based on data analysis and hypothesis testing has done, the variable level of education (X2) and working period (X3) significant affect on income of women labor (Y). This means that the level of education and working period will have great impact in determining the income of women labor at PT. PJB UP Gresik. In addition, a large contribution to the family income of the respondents income that is equal to 68.05%. Total contribution income exceeds half of the respondents that the total revenue because there are some respondents who were not married and just meet his own needs.
