Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat pendapatan pengusaha indsutri kerajinan kulit di Kelurahan Selosari, Kecamatan Magetan, Kabupaten Magetan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan medel regresi linier berganda. Semua uji statistik yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan Software SPSS 16. Penelitian ini mengambil keseluruhan populasi yang ada sebanyak 30 pengusaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal, tingkat pendidikan, tenaga kerja, lama usaha, keikutsertaan dalam asosiasi, pelatihan, akses kelembaga keuangan dan pengrajin secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan pengusaha kerajinan kulit di Kelurahan Selosari, Kecamatan Magetan, Kabupaten Magetan. Selanjutnya secara parsial variabelvariabel yang signifikan mempengaruhi pendapatan pengusaha industri kerajinan kulit di Kelurahan Selosari, Kecamatan Magetan, Kabupaten Magetan antara lain modal, tingkat pendidikan, tenaga kerja, lama usaha, pelatihan, akses kelembaga keuangan, dan pengrajin. Sedangkan variabel keikutsertaan dalam asosiasi dan pelatihan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh segnifikan terhadap pendapatan pengusaha kerajinan kulit di Kelurahan Selosari, Kecamatan Magetan, Kabupaten Magetan.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the factors affecting the income level of entrepreneurs on the leather industries in Selosari Village, Magetan Subdistrict, Magetan. This study applies quantitative approach with multiple linear regression model. All statistical tests were performed in this study are using SPSS 16 software. Population used in this study are 30 employers. The results show that the variable of capital, level of education, employment, long efforts, participation in associations, training, access to financial institutions and craftsman simultaneously have significant effects on the income of the leather interpreneurs in Selosari Village, Magetan Subdistrict, Magetan. Furthermore, the partial variables that significantly affect the income of entrepreneurs on the leather industry in Selosari Village, Magetan Subdistrict, Magetan are capital, education level, employment, long efforts, training, access to financial institutions, and craftsmen. On the other hand, variables of participation in association and training partially have no significant effect on income of leather enterpreneurs’ who operate in Selosari Village, Magetan Subdistrict, Magetan.
