Heyko, Eduardo (2013) Strategi Pengembangan Energi Terbarukan: Studi Pada Biodiesel, Bioethanol, Biomassa, Dan Biogas Di Indonesia. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
Keamanan Energi Di Indonesia Berada Di Ambang Batas Dan Akan Menghadapi Krisis Energi Dalam Waktu Dekat. Salah Satu Upaya Untuk Meningkatkan Keamanan Energi Nasional Jangka Panjang Adalah Melalui Pengurangan Ketergantungan Terhadap Energi Fosil Yang Tidak Terbarukan , Khususnya Minyak Dan Gas Bumi, Dengan Mensubstitusinya Ke Sum ber Energi Baru Dan Terbarukan (EBT) , Khususnya Bahan Bakar Nabati (Biodiesel, Bioethanol, Biomassa, Dan Biogas). Latar Belakang Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Bauran Energi Nasional Tahun 2050 Setelah Mengoptimalkan Energi Terbarukan (Biodiesel, Bioethanol, Biomassa, Dan Biogas) Dengan Menerapkan Strategi Pengembangan Yang Tepat. Penelitian Ini Didasarkan Pada Pengolahan Data Sekunder Yang Diambil Padarentang Waktu Tahun 2000 - 2010yang Diperoleh Dari Lembaga Resmi , Baik Nasional Maupun Internasional. Analisis Strategi Pengembangan Energi Terbarukan Dilakukan Dengan Menggunakan Analisis Lingkungan Internal Dan Eksternal, Yaitu Matriks IFE Dan EFE Serta Matriks SWOT. Sedangkan, Analisis Proyeksi Kebutuhan Energi Hingga Tahun 2050 Dilakukan Dengan Menggunakan P eramalan Deret Waktu Berdasarkan Metode trend Analysis Plot , Smoothing Plot , Dan Decomposition Plot . Perangkat Lunak Yang Digunakan Untuk Melakukan Peramalan Adalah Minitab Versi 15 (2007).Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Bahwa Jumlah Penduduk Indonesia Pada Tahun 2050 Dip rediksikan Mencapai 359,37 Juta Jiwa. K onsumsi Energi Pada Tahun 2050 Mencapai 3.289,44 Juta SBM . Jika Kebutuhan Bahan Bakar Fosil Pada Tahun 2050 Digantikan Oleh Biodiesel Sebanyak 15%,Bioethanol 15%, Biomassa 100% Dari Potensinya , Dan Biogas 100% Dari Potensinya, Maka Energi Fosil Yang Dapat Dihemat mencapai 982,29 Juta SBM/Tahun. Kenaikan Kebutuhan Energi Sebesar Tiga Kali Lipat Pada Tahun 2050 Ini jika Dipenuhi Dengan Cara Pengembangan biofuel memerlukan Lahan Perkebunan Seluas 5,49-6,52 Juta Hektar Untuk Memproduksi Bahan Biodiesel Dan 4,34-7,56 Juta Hektar Untuk Memproduksi Bahan Bioethanol.Dari Sektor Perkebunan Ini Akan Di ciptakan Lapangan Pekerjaan Bagi 10,98-13,04 Juta Orang Untuk Perkebu
English Abstract
Safety Of Energy In Indonesia At The Door Of Boundary And Will Face Crisis Of Energy During Near By. One Of The Effort To Increase National Long Range Safety Of Energy Is Through Reduction Depended To Fossil Energy Which Not Newly, Specially Gas And Oil, With Substitute It To New And Newly Source Of Energy, Specially Vegetation Fuel (Biodiesel, Bioethanol, Biomassa, And Biogas). This Research Have Purpose To Know National Hotchpotch Of Energy In 2050 After Optimize New Energy (Biodiesel, Bioethanol, Biomassa, And Biogas) By Applying Correct Development Strategy. This Research Based On Processing Of Secondary Data Which Taken At Span Of Year 2000-2010 Which Obtained From National And International Formal Institute. Analysis Of New Energy Development Strategy Done By Using Internal And External Environment Analysis, That Is IFE And EFE Matrix And Also SWOT Matrix. While, Analysis Of Necessity Of Energy Till Year 2050 Projection Done By Using Time Series Forecasting Pursuant To Trend Analysis, Smoothing, And Decomposition Method. Software Used To Forecast Is Minitab Version 15 (2007). Result Of Research Indicate That The Amount Of Resident Of Indonesia In 2050 Estimated 359,37 Million Head. Energy Consumption In 2050 Reach 3.289,44 Million BOE. If Necessity Of Fossil Fuel In 2050 Replaced By Biodiesel As Much As 15%, Bioethanol 15%, Biomassa 100% From Its Potency, And Biogas 100% From Its Potency, So Fossil Energy Be Able To Economized Reach 982,29 Million BOE/Year.This Increase Of Necessity Of Energy In The Amount Of Treble In 2050 If Chockablock The Way Of Development Of Biofuel Need Plantation Farm For The Width Of 5,49-6,52 Million Hectare To Produce Raw Materials Of Biodiesel And 4,34-7,56 Million Hectare To Produce Raw Materials Of Bioethanol. From This Plantation Sector Will Be Created Work Field To 10,98-13,04 Million People For The Plantation Of Elais And Castor And 4,34-15,12 Million People For The Plantation Of Sugar Cane And Cassava. Meanwhile, In Industrial Sector Of Energy Needed About 54.511-54.346 Factory Unit Producer Of Biodiesel With Amount Of Labour 543.460-545.110 People And 60.556-60.727 Factory Unit Producer Of Bioethanol With Amount Of Labour 605.560-607.270 People. While, Utilization Of Biogas In The Place Of Household Kerosene Can Help 10,40 Million Impecunious Household. Biodiesel Prime Cost Produce Of Elais In The Amount Of Rp 6.281/Litre And From Castor In The Amount Of Rp 6.966/Litre Still Not Profitable If Produced To Replace Diesel Fuel Subsidized Which Its Price Rp 5.500/Litre. Meanwhile, Bioethanol Prime Cost Produce Of Sugar Cane In The Amount Of Rp 6.214/Litre Have Proper To Replace Gasoline Subsidized Which Its Price Rp 6.500/Litre With Profit Margin In The Amount Of 4,6%. While, Bioethanol Prime Cost Produce Of Cassava In The Amount Of Rp 6.963/Litre Still Not Yet Proper To Replace Gasoline Subsidized. Even Though, All Of This Biofuel Have Very Proper To Replace Fossil Oil Which Not Subsidized At The Price Of Rp 9.800/Litre. Thereby, Can Be Said That Substitute Program Some Of Necessity Of Petroleum With Biofuel And Utilization Potency Of Biomassa And Biogas Can Economize Fossil Energy, Creating New Work Field, And Also Help Substract Poverty.
