Abstract
Dhonny Eka Aryan Darma Putra, 2012, Analysis The Implementation Of The Safe And Healthy Program (K3) To Increase Labour Productivity (Case Study In Koperasi Unit Desa Sumber Makmur Hand Cloves Unit (Mps Pt. H.M. Sampoerna) Kecamatan Ngantang Kabupaten Malang In 2011) Safe And Healthy Program (K3) Is A Supporting Factor For Achieving Higher Labour Productivity In Order To Achieve Optimal Earnings For The Company. If The Safe And Healthy Of A Company Is Good, The High Work Productivity Can Be Achieved. This Study Intended To Determine The Influence Of The Safe And Healthy Program On Labour Productivity. The Method Used In This Research Is Quantitative Method. Descriptive Method Is Used To Obtain, Analyze, And Interpret Data From A Variable Safety And Healthy Program And Also Labour Productivity. The Population Of This Research Is The Entire Labour In Kud Sumber Makmur Hand Cloves Cigarette Unit And Then To Determining The Sample In This Research Is To Use The Formula Of Taro Yamane Then Obtained As Many As 90 Samples. Data Collection Using Questionnaire And Interview. Furthermore, The Data Collected Were Analyzed Using Multiple Linear Regression And Hypothesis Testing Using F-Test And T-Test. Based On The Results Of Multiple Regression Test, Obtained The Coefficient Of Determination, R2 Is 0.165 Or 16.5%, It Means That Labour Productivity In Kud Sumber Makmur 16.5% Influenced By Safe And Healthy Program While The Other 83.5% Influenced By Other Variables Whose Not Included In This Model. Partially Healthy Program Have Positive Infuence On Labour Produvtivity, Thitung>Ttabel (2.743>1.664) Significance T<5% And Safe Program Also Have Positive Influence On Labour Productivity, Thitung>Ttabel (2.275>1.664) Significance T<5%.
