Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Intellectual Capital (IC) terhadap kinerja perusahaan publik di Indonesia. Pengukuran IC dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Model Pulic (Value Added Intellectual Coefficient – VAICTM). Kinerja perusahaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ROA, EPS, dan ASR. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah perusahaan publik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indoneisa dan berturut-turut masuk dalam perhitungan indeks LQ-45 antara tahun 2005-2007. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa IC berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan tahun berjalan dan IC berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan masa depan.

English Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Intellectual Capital (IC) to public company‟s performance. IC measurement in this research using the Pulic model (Value Added Intellectual Coefficient - VAICTM). The company‟s performance that used in this research is ROA, EPS, and ASR. Research sample that is used is a public company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and consecutively entry in the calculation of LQ-45 index between the years 2005-2007. The method analysis of this research used Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of study show that IC influences positively to company‟s performance and IC influences positively to future company‟s performance.
