Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris adanya pengaruh komponen laba dan arus kas terhadap return saham. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah laba kotor, laba operasi, laba bersih, arus kas operasi, arus kas investasi, dan arus kas pendanaan. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah return saham. Periode penelitian selama 6 tahun, mulai tahun 2002 sampai dengan tahun 2007. Pemilihan sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan metode purposive random sampling dan diperoleh 30 perusahaan real estate and property sebagai sampel. Pengujian terhadap hipotesis dilakukan dengan model regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bukti bahwa komponen laba yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap return saham adalah laba kotor dan laba bersih . Sedangkan, komponen arus kas yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap return saham adalah arus kas operasi dan arus kas investasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini tidak mampu menemukan bukti adanya pengaruh laba operasi dan arus kas pendanaan terhadap return saham.
