Abstract
This problem that is proposed and which is analyzed in this research, there are two matters. 1. How far the role of pineapple agribusiness subsector into the workwr society income improvement in Blitar Regency. 2. How should Government to improve production in pineapple agribusiness subsector. Relate with these problem above, so that the aim which in proposed in this research are : 1. We will know, how far the affect of pineapple agribusiness subsector in Blitar Regency existence towards worker society income. 2 . We will know, hew should be Government action to improve production in this sector. To give the answer about the problem that is proposed and to achieve the aim this research, so that the researcher used a method of data collection are secondary data and make a library study to abtain the information about the theories and some literature that can support the analysis. The data has been collected and analyzed with quantitative which uses the regression statistic to formulate the conclusion and suggestions. After making the analysis, indicates that pineapple agribusiness subsector has given the positive affect to improve the worker income. The suggestions are : 1.Need to give guidance with continue, interactions, illumination and supervision in order to improve the productivity quality. 2.There is still need to give work capital supporting to maintain their production process.
