Abstract
Tradisi pantangan menikah sampai saat ini masih dijalankan oleh masyarakat Desa Golan dengan Dusun Mirah, Kecamatan Sukorejo, Kabupaten Ponorogo. Pantangan menikah ini merupakan bagian dari sejarah terbentuknya kedua daerah tersebut yang sudah berjalan selama 700 tahun lebih. Walaupun tidak pernah memunculkan konflik, namun dari berbagai pantangan tersebut menciptakan suatu batasan dalam hal hubungan sosial antara penduduk Desa Golan dengan Dusun Mirah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan konstruksi sosial tentang pantangan menikah antara penduduk Desa Golan dengan Dusun Mirah ,Kecamatan Sukorejo, Kabupaten Ponorogo. Teori yang digunakan yaitu dari Peter L Berger dan Luckman tentang konstruksi sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara secara mendalam, observasi serta dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pantangan menikah di kedua wilayah penelitian sudah yang melanggar dan mengalami gangguan kejiawaan dan kematian yang diyakini masyarakat sebagai dampak melanggar pantangan menikah ini. selain itu berbagai kejadian misti sering terjadi secara berulang-ulang hingga saat ini yang membuat masyarakat begitu kuat mempercayai pantangan menikah ini. Proses penyerapan pengetahuan akan pantangan menikah sudah ditanamkan sejak kecil dalam lingkungan keluarga setelah itu penanam juga berlanjut saat individu tersebut beranjak dewasa dan memasuki kehidupan bermasyarakat. Dalam proses eksternalisasi berbagai kegiatan sehari-hari masyarakat dibatasi oleh pantangan yang ada seperti dalam hal berhubungan sosial, jual beli, hingga menjalin relasi. Sehingga dari hal tersebut di proses objektivasi penguatan sebuah realitas objektif dalam masyarakat yaitu tentang pantangan menikah ini dimana masih menjadi suatu kepercayaan yang telah menjadi pengetahuan bersama oleh masyarakat Desa Golan dan Dusun Mirah.
English Abstract
The tradition of abstinence is married to currently run by the villagers of the Golan with Mirah Village, Subdistrict Sukorejo, Ponorogo. Abstinence is married is part of the history of the formation of both the area which has been running for the past 700 years. Though never giving rise to conflict, the Golan with the hamlet of Mirah. This research aims to describe and explain the social construction of abstinence were married between villagers Golan with Mirah Village, Subdistrict Sukorejo, Ponorogo. The theory being used i.e. from Peter L Berger and Luckman of social construction. In terms of research method that is qualitative in nature with the phenomenology of approach. While the technique of data collection, that is the interview in depth, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that abstinence get married in two areas of research is in violation of and experience of death and psychiatric disorders are believers. In addition various Genesis misti so happly believe abstinence is married. The process of absorption of knowledge of abstinence is married already instilled since childhood in the family environment after that growers also continues when the individual get up and enter the life of society. In the process of externalization of the daily activities of the community is limited by the restrictions that exist such as in matters relating to social, buy and sell, to establish the relationship. So from this objectivasipenguatkan process in an objective reality in a society that is about to get married where abstinence is still a belief that it has become the knowledge shared by the people of the Golan Village and the hamlet of Mirah.
