Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konflik peran ganda dengan fear of success pada Polisi Wanita di Malang Raya. Subjek pada penelitian ini merupakan Polisi Wanit sebanyak 52 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah skala konflik peran ganda milik Dewi (2015) dan skala fear of success yang mengacu teori Shaw dan Costanzo (1982). Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Product Moment Pearson. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara konflik peran ganda dengan fear of success pada polisi wanita di Malang Raya. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,751 dan signifikan sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05).
English Abstract
The purpose of study was to determine whether there was relation of work family conflict to fear of success in police woman at Malang. The subjects were of this research were police woman as many as 52 people. The research conducted quantitative correlation. The intsruments that used of this study consists work family conflict scale rease Niken (2015) and fear of success refers to theory Shaw and Costanzo (1982). In the results of the research is between the relation of work family conflict to fear of success in police woman at Malang. Scientifically correlation number by 0,751 and significant number by 0,000. (p<0,05).
