Indonesian Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah 1) Menganalisis pendapatan petani kopi HS dan petani kopi oce, 2) Menganalisis nilai tambah kopi HS dan kopi oce, 3) Menganalisis pemasaran kopi HS dan kopi oce. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analsis yang digunakan analisis penerimaan dan pendapatan, analisis nilai tambah metode Hayami, dan analisis marjin pemasaran. Berdasarkan hasil diketahui bahwa 1) Rata-rata pendapatan petani kopi HS sebesar Rp. 17.157.388,41, sedangkan rata-rata pendapatan petani kopi oce sebesar Rp. 15.924.899,91. 2) Hasil nilai tambah untuk petani kopi HS sebesar Rp. 1.384,45/kg dan rasio nilai tambah sebesar 21,63%, sedangkan nilai tambah untuk petani kopi oce sebesar Rp. 1.068,87/kg dan rasio nilai tambah sebesar 17,10% dan 3) Hasil marjin pemasaran untuk kopi HS adalah Rp. 500/kg dan marjin pemarasaran untuk kopi oce adalah Rp. 1.250/kg. Sedangkan nilai farmer’s share untuk kopi HS sebesar 94,1% dan 94,68% untuk kopi oce.

English Abstract

The objectives of this study were; 1) to analyze the farmer’s income of HS and oce coffee, 2) to analyze the added value of HS and oce coffee, 3) to analyze the marketing of HS and oce coffee. The types of data were primary and secondary data. The analysis methods that were used in this study were income and revenue, added value from Hayami, and marketing margin. Based on the result, it was discovered that 1) the average income of HS coffee farmer was Rp. 17.157.388,41, while the average income of oce coffee farmer was Rp. Rp. 15.924.899,91. 2) the added value of HS coffee farmer was Rp. 1.384,45/kg and the ratio of added value was 21,63%, whereas the added value of oce coffee farmer was Rp. 1.068,87/kg and the ratio of added value was 17,10%, and 3) the result of marketing margin for HS coffee was Rp. 500/kg while the marketing margin for oce coffee was Rp. 1.250/kg. Moreover, the farmer’s share value of HS coffee was 94,1% while for oce coffee was 94,68%.
