Efektivitas Multi Isolat Rhizobium sp. dan Tiga Jenis Pupuk Kandang (Ayam, Sapi, Kambing) Terhadap Ketersediaan N, Serapan N, dan Pertumbuhan Tanaman Kedelai (Glycine max L. Merrill) pada Tanah Masam. Dibawah bimbingan Retno Suntari dan Didik Sucahyono. Kedelai merupakan komoditas tanaman pangan terpenting ketiga setelah padi dan jagung. Pada tahun 2016 produktivitas kedelai di tingkat petani masih rendah, hal ini dikarenakan alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi non pertanian. Namun, hal ini dapat diatasi oleh pemerintah yang mengupayakan suatu program pengembangan potensi komoditas kedelai di lahan subobtimal. Akan tetapi, kendala yang sering dijumpai yaitu memiliki tingkat kesuburan tanah yang rendah serta kondisi tanah yang masam. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut banyak dilakukan berbagai cara yaitu aplikasi pupuk organik (pupuk kandang dan kompos) dan pupuk anorganik. Selain itu, aplikasi mikroorganisme Rhizobium yang dapat bersimbiosis dengan tanaman kedelai sangat membantu untuk menambat Nitrogen dengan membentuk bintil akar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil yang optimal dari aplikasi bakteri Rhizobium sp. dan tiga jenis pupuk kandang (ayam, sapi, kambing) dalam meningkatkan ketersediaan, serapan hara Nitrogen, dan pertumbuhan tanaman kedelai (Glycine max (L.) Merril) pada tanah masam. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Kaca BALITKABI (Balai Penelitian Tanaman Aneka Kacang dan Umbi) Kendalpayak, Kabupaten Malang pada bulan Oktober-Desember 2017. penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap faktorial (RALF) dan 2 faktor, faktor pertama yaitu inokulasi bakteri Rhizobium sp. dan faktor kedua aplikasi pupuk kandang sehingga didapatkan 10 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan yaitu T0P0 (kontrol), T0P1 (pupuk kandang ayam 2,5 ton ha-1), T0P2 (pupuk kandang sapi 2,5 ton ha-1), T0P3 (pupuk kandang kambing 2,5 ton ha-1), T0P4 (pupuk anorganik), T1P0 (Rhizobium sp.), T1P1 (Rhizobium sp. + pupuk kandang ayam 2,5 ton ha-1), T1P2 (Rhizobium sp. + pupuk kandang sapi 2,5 ton ha-1), T1P3 (Rhizobium sp. + pupuk kandang kambing 2,5 ton ha-1), T1P4 (Rhizobium sp. + pupuk anorganik). Data diolah dengan Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) menggunakan aplikasi GENSTAT kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan’s Multiple Range Test taraf 5% dan di uji korelasi antar parameter pengamatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Aplikasi Rhizobium sp. + pupuk kandang ayam memiliki hasil tertinggi terhadap N-total tanah, N tersedia selama tiga kali pengamatan (14, 28, 42 HSI), serapan N, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun 42 HST (hari setelah tanam), bintil akar, dan bobot basah tanaman. Aplikasi multi isolat Rhizobium sp. dan pupuk kandang berpengaruh nyata terhadap N tersedia dan memberikan peningkatan tertinggi terhadap N tersedia sebesar 62,80% dibandingkan dengan kontrol dan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 75,53% dibandingkan aplikasi pupuk anorganik. Aplikasi Rhizobium sp. dan pupuk kandang ayam meniliki nilai tertinggi pada serapan N yaitu 6,66 g tanaman-1, memberikan peningkatan sebesar 26,14% dibandingkan dengan kontrol dan 53,46% dibandingkan aplikasi pupuk anorganik.

Effectiveness of Multi Isolates Rhizobium sp. and Three Types of Manure (Chicken, Cow, Goat) on the Availability of Nitrogen, Nitrogen Uptake, and Growth of Soybean (Glycine max L. Merrill) on Acid Soil. Supervised by Retno Suntari and Didik Sucahyono. Soybeans is most important food crops after paddy and maize. By 2016 soybean productivity at the farm level is still low, this is due to the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural land. However, this can be overcome by governments seeking a program to develop the potential of soybean commodities in suboptimal soil. However, the obstacles that are often encountered are having a low soil fertility and sour soil conditions. To overcome these obstacles, the most frequent solutions are by giving organic fertilizer (manure and compost), and inorganic fertilizer. In addition, the application of rhizobium microorganisms that can be symbiotic with soybean crops is helpful to inhibit Nitrogen by forming root nodules. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimal results of application of bacteria Rhizobium sp. and three types of manure (chicken, cow, and goat) nitrogen availability, nutrient uptake of nitrogen, and growth on soybean plants (Glycine max L. Merril) on acid soil. This research began on October until December 2016 at Glass House of Balai Penelitian Tanaman Aneka Kacang dan Umbi (BALITKABI), Kendalpayak Malang Regency. The study was conducted using factorial completely randomized design with 10 treatments and 3 replications of T0P0 (control), T0P1 (chicken manure 2.5 tons ha-1), T0P2 (cow manure 2.5 Ton of ha-1), T0P3 (2.5 tons ha-1 goat manure), T0P4 (inorganic fertilizer), T1P0 (Rhizobium sp.), T1P1 (Rhizobium sp. + Chicken manure 2.5 tons ha-1) , T1P2 (Rhizobium sp. + Cow manure 2.5 tons ha-1), T1P3 (Rhizobium sp. + Goat manure 2.5 tons ha-1), T1P4 (Rhizobium sp. + Inorganic fertilizer). The data were processed by Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) using GENSTAT application then continued with Duncan's Multiple Range Test of 5% level and in correlation test between observation parameters. The results showed Rhizobium sp. + chicken manure that has the highest yield on N-total soil, N is available for three observations (14, 28, 42 DAI (day after incubation), N absorption, plant height, leaf number 42 DAP (day after planting ), root nodule, and wet weight of the plant. Rhizobium sp. + cow manure has the highest yield on soil pH and C-organic soil. The highest results on the available N observations were Rhizobium sp. + chicken manure on the 28th DAI observation of 59,96 ppm, giving an increase to N available by 62,80% compared with control and 75,53% compared to inorganic fertilizers. Rhizobium sp. + chicken manure has the highest value on N uptake of 6,66 g plant-1, giving an increase of 26.14% compared with control and 53.46% compared with inorganic fertilizers.
