Abstract
Ergonomi adalah ilmu serta penerapan yang berusaha untuk menyeimbangkan pekerjaan dan lingkungan terhadap orang dan sebaliknya dengan tujuan untuk tercapainya produktivitas dan efisiensi yang setinggi-tingginya melalui pemanfaatan manusia yang optimal. Secara umum ergonomi dapat diterapkan dimana saja, baik lingkungan sosial maupun tempat kerja bagi setiap masyarakat atau pekerja dalam upaya menciptakan kenyamanan, kesehatan, keselamatan dan produktivitas kerja yang baik. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini mengambil topik ergonomi dengan judul Analisis Postur Kerja dan Antropometri pada Proses Sortasi Ribbed Smoked Sheet (RSS) dalam Perancangan Meja dan Kursi di PT. Sumber Sari Petung Kediri, berdasarkan hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa postur tubuh karyawan diduga tidak sesuai dengan postur kerja dan kondisi dimensi tubuh karyawan juga diduga tidak sesuai dengan fasilitas kerja yang digunakan pada saat bekerja. Penelitian pada karyawan sortasi RSS di PT. Sumber Sari Petung pada tanggal 6 sampai 10 April 2017 sesuai dengan jam operasional kerja dari proses produksi RSS. Teknik penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh, yang mana semua karyawan dijadikan sebagai sampel dengan total 6 sampel, dengan memiliki karakteristik 5 orang laki dan 1 orang perempuan, dengan umur yang cukup tua, pendidikan paling tinggi SMA dan dengan status tenaga pegawai tetap dan harian. Pengumpulan data dengan cara primer dilakukan dengan cara observasi langsung pada stasiun kerja dan wawancara langsung kepada karyawan sortasi RSS dengan menggunakan pedoman dari kuesioner yang telah dibuat untuk mengetahui kondisi kerja yang sebenarnya dan dokumentasi dari kegiatan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah teknik analisis yang menggunakan tabel RULA untuk mengetahui postur kerja, antropometri untuk mengetahui dimensi tubuh karyawan. Penelitian berkaitan dengan ergonomi yang difokuskan di bagian proses sortasi ini diawali dengan penelitian pada bagian postur kerja karyawan. Postur kerja karyawan diteliti karena postur kerja merupakan kondisi yang menunjukkan bahwa karyawan yang bekerja berada pada posisi yang nyaman dan aman atau sebaliknya berada pada postur kerja yang ada beresiko dan perlu adanya perbaikan sesegera mungkin dalam peningkatan kerja karyawan. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk mengukur atau menilai dan mengidentifikasi postur kerja yang terbentuk pada saat melakukan aktivitas kerja tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan tabel RULA. Tabel RULA sudah ada identifikasi atau ketentuan dalam melakukan pengukuran atau penilaian dan identifikasi postur kerja yang terbentuk. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengukuran tersebut didapatkan skor 7, artinya kondisi ini berbahaya maka pemeriksaan dan perubahan diperlukan dengan segera, baik perbaikan dalam fasilitas kerja maupun aktivitas kerja yang dapat mempengaruhi postur kerja dari karyawan. ii Antropometri merupakan suatu pengukuran yang berhubungan dengan dimensi tubuh yang dimiliki oleh manusia. Data hasil dimensi tubuh ini nantinya akan digunakan sebagai acuan bagi seseorang dalam membuat suatu produk atau peralatan penunjang kerja, sekaligus memberikan keserasian atau ketepatan suatu produk bagi manusia yang menggunakannya. Hasil pengukuran antropometri pada dimensi tubuh karyawan sortasi RSS diketahui bahwa ukuran yang dimiliki karyawan ialah bervariasi, sehingga menggunakan perhitungan percentile. Penelitian percentile 95-th dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam penentuan proses perancangan untuk fasilitas kerja. Selain pengukuran pada dimensi tubuh karyawan, juga dilakukan pengukuran pada fasilitas kerjanya yaitu meja dan kursi sortasi. Pengukuran meja dan kursi sortasi diukur untuk mengetahui keserasian antara fasilitas kerja dengan penggunaannya, sebab keserasian dari fasilitas kerja sangat menentukan postur tubuh yang dibentuk karyawan, kenyamanan dan kinerja kerja dari karyawan. Hasil pengukuran dimensi tubuh dan fasilitas kerja yang berupa meja dan kursi tersebut pada akhirnya dilakukan perbandingan. Berdasarkan hasil perbandingan yang didapatkan diketahui bahwa ukuran yang paling signifikan terjadi pada panjang kursi, tinggi meja, lebar meja, tinggi meja bagian depan dan sandaran. Berdasarkan perbedaan ukuran yang ada tersebut maka perlu dilakukan perancangan ulang meja dan kursi sortasi berdasarkan dimensi tubuh yang sudah diukur sebelumnya.
English Abstract
Ergonomics is the science and application that attempted to balance work and the environment against people and vice versa with the aim of otherwise the highest productivity and efficiency through optimal human utilization. In general, ergonomics can be applied anywhere, both social environment and workplace for every community or worker in an effort to create comfort, health, safety and good work productivity. This research take the topic of ergonomics with the title of Work Posture Analysis and Anthropometry in Sorting Process of Ribbed Smoked Sheet (RSS) in the Design of Tables and Chairs in PT. Sumber Sari Petung Kediri, based on hypothesis stating that posture of employees be expected not in accordance with work posture and condition of body dimension of employee also be expected not in accordance with work facility that used at work. Research on employees sortasi RSS in PT. Sumber Sari Petung on 6 to 10 April 2017 in accordance with the working hours of the production process RSS. Sample sampling technique in this research is by using saturated sampling method, which all employees used as sample with total of 6 sample, with characteristic 5 man and 1 woman, with age enough old, high school education and with power status Regular and daily employees. Primary data collection is done by direct observation on work station and direct interview to RSS sorting employees by using the guidance from the questionnaire that has been made to know the actual working condition and documentation of the activity. Analytical techniques used in the study is an analysis technique that uses table RULA to find out the work posture, anthropometry to know the dimensions of the employee's body. Research related to the ergonomics focused on this sorting process begins with research on the work posture of employees. Employee posture is researched because work posture is a condition that indicates that the employee is working in a comfortable and safe position or otherwise is at work posture that there is a risk and need improvement as soon as possible in improving employee work. The analytical tool used to measure or assess and identify the work postures that formed during the work activities is to use the table RULA. In this RULA table there is already identification or provision in performing measurement or valuation and Identify the established work posture. Based on the result of the measurement the score 7, which can be identified that there needs to be an improvement effort in the work, both the improvement in the work facility and the work activity that can affect the work posture of the employee. Anthropometry is a measurement related to the dimensions of the body that are owned by humans. The data of this body dimension will be used as a reference for a person in making a product or equipment supporting the work, as well as providing harmony or accuracy of a product for humans who use it. On the iv measurement of the dimensions of the employee body sortasion RSS is known that the size of employees is varied, then through anthropometry researchers determine 95-th percentile as a reference in the determination of the design process for work facilities. In addition to measurements on the dimensions of the body of the employee is also done measurements on the work facility that is table and chair sorting. Measurement table and chair sortasi measured to know the harmony between work facilities with its use, because the harmony of the work facility is to determine the posture of the employee formed, employee comfort and performance. The measurements of body dimensions and work facilities in the form of chairs and tables at the end of the comparison. From the results of the comparison obtained is known that the most significant size occurs in the length of the chair, table height, table width, the height of the front table and backrest. Based on the existing size difference, it is done redesigning table and chair sorting based on body dimension which has been measured previously.
