Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai proses perubahan sosial kampung wisata warna-warni Jodipan. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan mengenai proses perubahan sosial, budaya, dan ekonomi yang terjadi pada kampung Jodipan pasca menjadi kampung wisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Perubahan Sosial Piort Sztompka untuk menganalisis perubahan sosial, budaya, dan ekonomi warga kampung Jodipan setelah menjadi kampung wisata warna-warni. Teori Perubahan Sosial Piort Sztompka menjelaskan bahwa perubahan terdiri dari tiga gagasan pertama, terjadi perbedaan kondisi sebelum dan sesudah setelah mengalami perubahan. kedua, terjadi pada waktu yang berbeda. ketiga, terjadi di antara keadaan sistem sosial yang sama. Sztompka juga menjelaskan bahwa terjadinya perubahan juga berdampak langsung dan dapat dirasakan oleh masyarakat. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa perubahan dari kampung kumuh Jodipan menjadi kampung wisata Jodipan muncul dari aktor luar yang di inisiasi oleh Guys Pro yang bekerja sama dengan CSR Decofresh dengan dukungan dari Pemerintah Kota Malang. Perubahan menjadi kampung wisata membawa dampak tersendiri bagi warga kampung, diantaranya perubahan pada kehidupan sosial di kampung Jodipan, perubahan dalam pola pikir dan kebiasaan warga kampung Jodipan, serta terjadi peningkatan ekonomi pada warga kampung Jodipan. Dampak yang terjadi meliputi tingkat mikro, mezo, dan makro. Perubahan tersebut sangat dirasakan dan disadari oleh warga kampung. Warga kampung Jodipan terus mengalami penyesuaian dengan keadaan dan terus mengalami perubahan dari waktu ke waktu secara dinamis.

English Abstract

This research deals with the impact of social, cultural, and economic Jodipan after residents became Colorful Tourism. The purpose of this research was done to explain about the impact of social, cultural, and economic which happening at Jodipan village post into village. This research uses theories of social change Piort Sztompka to analyze the impact of social, cultural, and economic Jodipan after residents became Warna- . The theory of social change Piort Sztompka explains that the change is composed of three first idea, there was the difference in the explained after conditions after experiencing change. Second, it occurs at a different time. third, going on between the social systems of the same social system. Sztompka has also explained that the occurrence of changes also have a direct impact and can be perceived by the public. Methods in this study using qualitative method with approach case studies. The results obtained from this research is that the change from slums village to Jodipan tourist village emerged from outside actor initiated by Guys Pro in collaboration with CSR Decofresh with support from the Government of Malang City. Changes to be tourism carries its own impact for residents, including changes in the social life in Jodipan village, a change in mindset and habits of the residents of Jodipan village, as well as an increase in the economy at Jodipan residents. The impacts that occurred include micro level, mezo, and macros. These changes greatly felt andrealized by the citizens of the village. Residents of Jodipan village continue to undergo adjustments to the situation and continue to undergo changes from time to time dynamically.
