Indonesian Abstract

Pekerjaan proyek pasar Rakyat Bareng dilakukan monitoring untuk melihat kemajuan yang telah dicapai dan biaya yang dikeluarkan. Monitoring pekerjaan pembangunan memerlukan sebuah metode pendekatan, seperti kurva S, Earned value, dan Tracking. Ketiga metode diatas digunakan untuk analisis monitoring pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek pasar Rakyat Bareng kota Malang. Setelah dilakukan analisa terhadap pasar Rakyat Bareng di kota Malang dengan metode kurva S didapatkan bahwa pada minggu ke-1 sampai minggu ke-16 proyek mengalami percepatan, sedangkan pada minggu ke-17,18, dan 19 proyek mengalami keterlambatan. Pada minggu ke-20 pekerjaan proyek mengalami percepatan sampai pada minggu terakhir yaitu minggu ke 22. Hasil analisa menggunakan metode Earned value, penyimpangan jadwal yang berbeda dengan rencana terjadi pada minggu ke 17,18,19 atau terjadi keterlambatan, dan sisa minggu lainnya mengalami percepatan. Sedangkan, hasil analisa menggunakan metode tracking pada saat minggu ke-1 sampai minggu ke-3 proyek mengalami percepatan, dan sisa minggu lainnya proyek mengalami keterlambatan. Berdasarkan pada analisa perhitungan menggunakan ketiga metode yaitu kurva S, Earned value, dan Tracking, kurva S dan Earned value mempunyai kekurangan jika dibandingkan dengan metode tracking sehingga rekomendasi metode monitoring yang sesuai untuk pasar Rakyat Bareng adalah Tracking. Selanjutnya, metode Kurva S dan Earned value dilakukan pendekatan pengembangan sederhana sederhana guna menjawab indikator yang sebelumnya dibuat oleh peneliti.

English Abstract

The Project of Rakyat Bareng market in Malang is conducted to monitor progress and costs. Development monitoring work requires a method approach, such as the S curve, Earned Value, and Tracking. The above three methods are used to monitor the analysis of market project implementation in Pasar Malang. After analyzing the Project of Rakyat Bareng market with the S curve method it is found that in the first week until the 16th week the project is accelerated, while in the 17th and 18th week, and 19 projects are late. At the 20th week of the project work is accelerated until the last week of the 22nd week. The results of analysis using Earned Value method, deviation schedule is different from the plan that occurred at week 17,18,19 or late, and the rest accelerated. Meanwhile, the analysis results using the tracking method in the first week until the 3rd week of the project is accelerated, and the rest is late. Based on the calculation analysis using the three S curve method, Earned Value, and Tracking, the S curv and Earned value have deficiencies when compared to the tracking method so that the recommendation of the appropriate monitoring method for the project of Rakyat Bareng is Tracking. Furthermore, Curve S and Earned Value method is done with a simple development approach to answer indicators previously made by researchers.
